First few days wearing new boots. They are comfortable and kept my socks dry in the rain. So far boot's are working out. Price wise they are worth the extra few dollars compared to the ones i bought in the past.

Fernando was awesome in helping me pick out my wildland boots. He let me try on different brands, gave me insight and even laced them up for me! Very great job here.

Sales people are very helpful and the variety of work boot is amazing!! I like a very particular boot made by Keen and could never find it at the competitor across the street. I dropped in here and they had it. If you’re looking for boots come here first and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Nice selection of boots. Prices are fair and usually cheaper than online once you factor in shipping costs. I don't think you can get a refund at all but you can exchange if you don't like your purchase.

Isaiah in San Bernardino has been extremely helpful in informing me of the lasts, fitting processes, lead times, break in, etc of the handmade Pacific Northwest boots, having owned many himself. WBW has a $50 fitting process for White’s, but Isaiah actually strongly recommended in my case going directly through White’s try-on process.

Very helpful staff, patient that I found these Reeboks. I didn't feel rushed or anything, also I even ended getting a nice leather belt. Quite satisfied.

I was recently hired at a new job and needed high-quality work boots. I absolutely HATE shopping for shoes. If it's size I can't find, it's the width; if not the width then the type of shoe. I hate that I don't know their names but the two guys on staff for 11/18/2022 provided customer service above and beyond. They seemed busy with shipment or something when I pulled up, but BOTH of them were helping me AND each other at the same time, and only left when other customers started filing in. I found the PERFECT pair of boots and couldn't be happier. If you're in the market for boots, don't waste your time at another place. Just come here. Customer service is excellent!

I've been buying my work boots here for a bit. If they don't have them, they can get them. Staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Store was clean and organized. I wish they carried more carthart gear.

These guys are great! I was greeted and asked if I needed help within a minute of walking in. Told the associate what I was looking for and he was very helpful. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes! Very clean and organized store. I definitely recommend this place if you steel toe work shoes or boots.

Great customer service! It was our first time at this place and there were several customers already getting help. We were greeted immediately and got help from Israel when we said that we needed waterproof work boots. He showed us the different options and then gave us time to look around. He was helpful with explaining how the boots should fit and with tying the laces. It was also cool to find that the boots we decided to get were on sale!

I've been purchasing boots here since 2018. Staff is friendly, & helpful. They always have a variety of brands, styles, & sizes. Good place to go to if you're looking for work boots.
