Staff is so awesome! They go above and beyond to help our church every time! So grateful for knowledgeable staff and friendly. Kayelani went the extra mile today!

I had a battery issues during my 4hr drive home. I was directed by google to this store as it was closest to me. The Staff were very polite and helpful. I am sorry to stay i did not get the names of the two employee who help me with changing my battery. Needless to say they save me from having to find a dealership and or repair shop on a Sunday afternoon far away from home town. Thank you again O'Reilly Employees at 1269 N Waterman Ave.

Staff was great. Mike was especially helpful finding tools needed for the project.

The one thing I don't like about O'Reilly's has affected even though you have what you want to buy you still have to stand in a long line to check out other then that, good staff

I particularly used this location for their commercial department service. I am always exited to come here and love their welcoming staff and attitudes. Usually have the parts I need and they do match prices plus the warranty is always great

Love O'Reilly's.👍👍👍. Found out I need a bulb for my lights. Went in purchased a bulb and the sales rep assisted with the installation. So wonderful! And, he found out that the bulb I had just needed to be push in. Wow! So happy! They gave a refund and I'm safely back in the driver's seat. Thanks O'Reilly.💯💯💯

Very helpful and friendly customer service. If they don't have the parts you're looking for they can order them for you. Most parts come next day unless it's specialty order then it will take a few more days. I also like that if you miss the ad and if you're buying something they'll let you know hey this is on special or we have something similar on special.

Needed help with selecting the right headlights. Waited 5 minutes and got all the details and help i Needed. Salesman was knowledgeable and polite.

Stopped in for set of wiper blades on my daughter's car. She was visiting from out of state and was driving with bad wipers, I noticed. Armando here at O'Reilly took care of us really well. He even offered to install the blades. Great place.

Unlike AutoZone every time I go for my lifetime brakes they ALWAYS say I didn't get them from them after all these years I've only gone to them for my parts. Well no more. I am now with O'Reilly.

I went in today 9-07-17 and although Marvin was a new employee he did an amazing job helping us and getting the job done promptly. O'Reilly's made a smart decision hiring this young man. The manager or his co-worker was patient with him and only needed to help him a tiny bit. I didn't get the co-workers name unfortunately but those two make a good team and O'Reillys should be proud to have these two representing their company. Thank you very much guys. I will be back.

Night shift is super cool. They seriously need to think about hiring more for night shift. Or at least a security guard or somethig. Definitely not in a good area, but they were the only one around that had a working rotor turning machine.
