Best customer service ever! HANDS DOWN! The guys here are a rare breed of employees you find anywhere. They're always willing to help and will do whatever needs done to make you satisfied. They installed a hitch for us within a matter of hours in between a packed schedule. If you ever need anything done head down here and I'm sure you'll be satisfied.

I just had to take the time to say how much I appreciate the staff here. Josh is amazing! You could tell he was super busy and dropped everything to make sure I was being assisted. He explained what parts I needed when my check engine light came on and explained so I could better understand what my car needed. He always went above and beyond and inspected my car further to make sure my levels were filled. I would recommend Josh for all your car needs!

Great customer service. We were offered water 3 or 4 times while we waited for new tires. It did take a total of 2 hours to finish the job. But to no fault of their own. They repeatedly had to call their Redlands location asking where were the 2 of our 4 tires that were ordered that morning and suppose to have been brought over before we even arrived. The service manager ended up giving us an upgrade in all 4 tires without us asking or demanding for the lower price of the original tires quoted to us. The had the best prices as we shopped around ahead of time. This pep boys location treated us right.

After my unfortunate event of me hitting a crib and slashing my tire I was surprised to get quick service and amazing customer service! Briant is friendly, knowledgeable and he made sure that I was back on the road on back on my way to WA in less than one hour. Thank you Briant.

Got a flat tire after work. Everyone else was already closed. I live far, usually takes me an hour to get home. I could only imagine how long it would take on a donut. I called ahead they squeezed me in close to closing and got another tire in there fast for me.

Had the towing truck drop of my car around five. They took me in without appointment really friendly people. I really recommend this place. Will be coming back for a life time car alignment.

Great service and great service Reps. Had a issue with rescheduling that ended up affecting a promotional price I had originally been able to use. The Service rep went the extra mile and not only got me the promotional price but was able to work my car in to get worked on the same day.

Professional service. If you want to put on a good set of tires apply for their credit card. Makes paying for them that much easier

Always do a good job on my car. Only charged 40 bucks for my oil change and checked all fluids.
