I recently visited and had a great experience. The store is clean and well-organized, with a wide selection of electronics, appliances, and other tech products. I was able to find what I was looking for quickly and easily, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was particularly impressed with the Geek Squad. I had a few questions about a new TV I was buying, and the Geek Squad member I spoke to was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, and he helped me choose the right accessories for my TV.

I would definitely recommend the Best Buy store to anyone looking for electronics or appliances. The store has a great selection of products, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Ordered an item online, and received a text, it was ready for pickup, less than a hour after placing my order. When I went in the signs they had for specific departments made it easy to figure out where I was supposed to go. I was in and out in 5 min, tops!

Came to buy a laptop for school associate who helped me was very helpful. He did not try to up sale me . He was honest and put me in a laptop that was cost efficient and efficient for my needs...highly grateful He wasn't one of those persons trying to bank of me. Thanks best buy...

Walked in to go the Geek Squad which is found within Best Buy and while I waited for my IPad to be worked on I strolled around and did some windows shopping helpful sales reps greeted me and answered all of my questions and left me alone to continue my window shopping.. Shout out to Best Buy geek squad members Cristina and Lorenso; what a great team they make! Professionalism with a smile, courtesy, skillful, and excellent performance. They know their company products, policies, and procedures, answering my questions so I could understand and make the best decisions for myself (a senior.) Truly a delightful encounter, that left me with the heartfelt joy of purchasing from Best Buy. I honor doing business with a company whose employees enjoy their jobs and give the best to their customers. I must add, after the installation, that they left my area spotless, removing all debris—excellent, excellent, excellent service. I am purring like a kitten.

Friendly old school food. Wonderful customer service, and they know all the local regulars by name. Best all pork burritos anywhere, my fav. Be sure to see the days heat gage, varies daily with the 🌶 🌶.

Best Buy to a great deal of patience and time when I was shopping for my 85 inch TV they could’ve sold me something but they sold me what I really needed. Totally happy with the customer service and the delivery was pretty good as well.

Great best buy in San Bernardino,BUT they need to have better and more competent personnel in the geek squad service station, they couldn't figure out my protection plan and keep saying they where pushing the computer to do it's thing....... I left the store empty handed, and I called customer service and they sure helped me with my claim and made appointment to the riverside store , hopefully there they don't have to push the computer do much.

Had my camera in the vehicle installed and the technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Best Buy to install your in-dash camera as opposed to some of the local stereo shops that were quoting me twice the price I paid

This has been one of the better Best Buy locations that I've interacted with. I went in to purchase a laptop and the sales person was very knowledgeable. They listened to all of my needs that I'd be using the laptop for, and even found a previous floor model that was almost half off but still met all of my needs. I was really happy with the purchase, but something seemed to fail with the laptop after a few weeks, so I went back in to return it and the manager approved a return even though it was a few days past their 15 day return window. It really shows how much they value their customers, and I'll definitely try to buy from this location if I can in the future. Thanks for the great customer service!

I had a great experience at bestbuy. They implemented social distancing like everyone else. You have to stand in line in the electronics sections to get assistance but you know I didn't mind the process was fast and efficient.
They had their usual sales and my daughter and I snagged a couple of great items that we felt were a steal.

TV works very well looks very good n my living room appreciate that. I was unsure about what size to get I think that's the perfect size and the perfect fit and everything is okay okie dokie 👌.
