I have had incredible service with the Kaiser on Date street in San Bernardino. I get my bloodwork drawn and I'm in and out in 15 minutes.I don't have a line to wait in for checking in and my prescriptions are provided with a short wait. Thank you for providing great service.

Very disappointed in RX customer service. They've wasted my time AGAIN. Shorted my prescription w/o explanation. When I called, left me on the phone 45 min. Then today they put back my entire order, b/c 1 RX wasn't available. NEVER called my name. Left me waiting in my car 40 min. No explanation.

Kaiser has taken on more patients than their systems can handle & you can’t get through to talk to anyone in a reasonable amount of time, 4 & 5 hours waiting times each & every time you call in. Ridiculous

They tell us medicine is ready and when we go there they tell us it is out of stock. 4 times.
