I love my Kaiser office in San Bernardino , mr dr is retiring and I can say I’m sad but she deserves it she has put in the work , my female dr has been my Dr since I was a freshman in high school and I’m 24 now she will be missed, I also was informed by Kaiser a few days ago that this review was picked up by administration and because of that dr smith recieved nice retirement messages, emails from all kind of big medical people and she said I really made her retirement day I’m honored that I was able to do that makes me feel really good that I was able to make someone day well wishes to you Dr smith on your next journey.

Review update Wednesday, August 21, 2019, This updated review it's strictly about the pharmacy service and customer attention. For the past 6 months, I had experienced a very rude attitude when picking the medication I had never been treated like this at this facility and I know I'm not the only one the person who got service in front of me was treated the same way by the same pharmacist. Actions like this are unacceptable and unprofessional.

We are paying for a service and its not for free or an act of charity and even if that was the case people must be treated with respect without been rude or with stupid sarcasm.
I will not take any stars from my original review for now but I may do it tomorrow ones again after I try picking my prescription once again. I hope I don't get the same pathetic worker she really hates her job and workplace.

Best place to get medical attention always. All the Personal the X-ray technician and doctors are super awesome and very respectful they listen to all your symptoms with attention and respect. After my horrible experience at Urgent care in Fontana in Fontana on 7-10-19, I had to come here book an appointment to take care of terrible abdominal pain that the doctor completely ignores with a very disrespectful attitude. Today I got the quality, respect and attention a patient can get from real professionals. I highly recommend this facility to anyone Dr.lee it's an excellent professional and today Dr. Ku exceeded my expectations as well. Thank you to all the staff for your care and passion for taking your job seriously and performing it with love.

Date place Kaiser Permanente in San Bernardino is a small location.
It has a pharmacy, doctor offices, and lab.
Doesn't have any ER services or Ugent care.

Employees at this location have always been curious and super helpful.
Especially the pharmacy staff they are all super friendly.

Overall it's very well maintained and ran.

Dr. Elizabeth Smith is awesome. Been seeing her for almost 30 years. Is my daughter's and my mother's doctor too. We love her.

Let me start by saying I am not a fan of doctors, but I'm in love with my new doctor and the nurses. The staff was awesome and so friendly. They made my day.👍🏥
I wasn't even here that long either... total of 45minutes, including the lab work! Awesome 💉

Dr. Kartawidjaja, nurse Jamie & staff are so friendly and make you feel like no question is a dumb question. I'm so happy that my whole family is their patients. They are on it with referrals and other things.

Easy in and out when picking up prescriptions never wait more than 20 minutes. ALWAYS Available parking. Love this place compared to fontana. If only they opened up an urgent care here.

Dr Lee and his staff are just wonderful. They always explain everything and follow up . I feel very lucky and happy to be in their care

They are very nice & polite there. And the wait time is real quick. I've never waited more than 10 minutes.

Staff are courteous, pharmacy is fast, & my Dr. is great, plus they have their own laboratory which makes it so convenient.

this place is so much easier to deal with than the big hospital in Fontana. check-ups, prescriptions, blood work, and all your shots.
