The battery in my car I believe was dying and so a friend took me and my battery up there and they let me drop it off and they charged it and told me when to come pick it up I came at that time battery charge 90% put it in the car and the car started. Staff was very friendly answered questions and there was no wait line

They/employes treat my dad like family I love this location

Had to jump start today! Went str8 to the ZONE...AutoZone! In out and on my way after test and batt install. Fast and professional. I'm closer to highland but go out my way to come to this location

Came in and right away felt welcomed. Was helped finding everything and Dayana even went out of her way to make sure the product was a right fit for my car, and Frank changed my tire with no hesitation and even used he's own jack because I didn't have one. He was super fast too! I Recommend this auto zone, they'll help you with any questions or assistance you may have.

The items we need, educated us on what brands would benefit us and took the time to help and look for items. He was very well knowledgeable in all the questions we asked and had such a positive and warm attitude. We need more employees like David G who value customers experience. Definitely will return to this location for further needed items.

This auto zone on sterling / highland is Very Convienant
Not crowded Roomy aisles looks like they had all merchandise stocked up and they carry big jugs of oil under $30 on Pennzoil
They are very helpful in store and come to checkout and noone waits they get filled up on any aisle they'll bam open up another so your on top I won't recommend no more good info Because I don't want to have to start waiting in a big ole long line because I gave it top rating LOL THIS STORE HAS BEEN MANY DIFFERENT AUTOMOTO PLACES BUT THIS ONE IS THE BEST OF ALL AND SO VERY EFFICIENT.

Excellent customer service! Mr. Lavelle and Mr. Frank were both very helpful in my situation and really went out of their way to make sure my problem was solved.
