Great local barber/stylist. Come confident that your dealing with licensed professionals. Highly advised that you use the online sign in sheet. The online portal gives you estimated wait time and notify you when to come in. Also be nice, the team at this location do their best. Its clean and professional vibes....if you don't like your cut speak up or come in within 24 hours and they'll make it right. This has been my go to place for a while now....basic cuts are 23$ and up. Worth it.

Visited this morning for the first time; checked in through the app and was able to be seen quickly. I genuinely enjoyed my experience this morning with Liz as my stylist. She was definitely intuitive with recommending how to shape/style my hair and overall provided a very easygoing experience. Would recommend this location to others 👍🏼.

I dont leave reviews but I was forced to go somewhere besides my usual place due to my normal stylist having health issues. I got Yesenia, she asked me exactly what I wanted and gave me a fantastic haircut.I can’t speak for their other stylists but THANKS AGAIN Yesenia this might be my new salon.

they are extremely busy came in today for thw first timw the wait was worth it my haircut was done the way i wanted the staff here works really hard will be coming back they documented my haircut on there system

My favorite place to go for haircut. Staff members are professional and ample parking spots are available. Check-in online to save time and faster service.

I love using the app to be put on the waiting list versus waiting. They are quick and really do a good job. And more importantly great price!

I originally went over to a Great Clips in Highland only because the wait time was shorter I usually go to the Great Clips here on University Parkway. After getting my haircut at the Highland location getting home I realized that the cut was horrible. I felt ridiculous.I simply asked for my layers to be shortened, Blended in and trim 3 inches off the length with the u-shape. I don't even think she listened. it seems like she did the opposite of what I asked for. It was uneven, choppy and the layers didn't connect. I felt like the cut looked like a mushroom! I was very disappointed and couldn't leave there fast enough. The Stylist was nice but I just don't think she has the right experience. So the following day I called the usual location I go to and I walk in to tell the stylist what had happened and showed her my hair. Rachael was just so nice and pleasant and made me feel at ease. We joked a little about my haircut which made the experience a little more pleasant for me. She did her best at trying to correct the style. She explained every step she was going to do and how it would benefit correcting the style and ask my permission before doing so. I left feeling a little more confident. Rachael explained to me what I needed to do and grow out in order to get my style back to looking fabulous.

Hate waiting anywhere but with the check in time on the app its so nice to just walk in and get a cut and not wait at all. Walk in and sit on the chair. Wife enjoyed the service too when she went alone. She also took my little one on a separate occasion and great service as well. Love it

Amazing job! The sytlist gave me exactly what I wanted and it looks fabulous. The wait was very reasonable, and at a great price. A+

Good place to go get a trim!

Checked in online which is very easy. I hadn't been to this location but it was very clean and Lenora was great. She gave me a solid cut. Recommend Lenora. Rachel is not too friendly. Recommend.

I take my kids for haircuts. The girls are nice and the place is always clean. The online check in times are within 5 minutes which is nice to have consistency there. We only go when we get a discount mailer because $17 for a 10 min cut + a tip is a lot but the mailers are about every 3 months so it works out nicely.

Great place and great ladies working there always hear you out and give great advice on styling your hair

We went in on a Friday night and I expected a long wait. We checked in online where it stated it was about a 20 minute wait. We waited about 10 minutes and the staff was great with my son. He was very satisfied with the results. Thanks Tiffani for the great service!

Arlene helped me when I walked in with a great welcome. I was told a 15 to 20 minutes to wait, sat down and within a few minutes Arlene called my name and said "I can cut your hair right now." With a very big smile! Needless to say she did amazing job! I have very fine hair so it's hard to find someone to cut my hair! Arlene did a great job! Very pleased and will be going to have Arlene keep my hair up. Thank you Great Clips.

Five stars for being fast and convenient even on their busy days. Their online app is fantastic and the service here is awesome. Jessica the manager is awesome and a couple of other girls here are great, sorry forgot all your names.

First time customer best to book appointment online. My stylist Ashley was really sweet and super cool. Listened to what I wanted and added some suggestions that I might like. Overall great experience.
