Yucaipa Auto Collision

I took my car in today to have my skid plate replaced. I bought one online and needed it installed. I called the same day and they replaced it and tightened down my messed up fenders. Gratis!! I don’t know of any neighborhood businesses that go above and beyond for their customers like this. I am truly so appreciative and wanted to give a big huge thanks to the awesome staff and manager/boss at Yucaipa Auto Collision. In these times of craziness and inflation it’s truly amazing to experience such great customer service. Thank you sooo much! You have no idea how this has made my day!

Had a spoiler painted from them they did an excellent job and a great turn around time. Brian was great and was wonderful to work with. Looking forward to getting all my aftermarket parts painted by them!

Someone ran into the back end of my Corolla and needless to say it didn't look pretty I took it to you yucaipa Auto collision they fixed it in a timely manner they did a beautiful job they were courteous and friendly. They even clean my car inside and out. When I picked up my car it looked brand new. I would highly recommend them

I came in with damage to my front tire flare. I worked with service writer Aryana on the estimate and gave her my timeframe i would need the job complete. They completed it within the timeframe with exceptional work. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs. All staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

My 2010 Toyota Tundra was side swiped took it to Mr. Hugo Gomez at Yucaipa Auto Collision and he made sure all repairs were made properly and promptly. Excellent service. Definitely will return if I ever need any repairs to any of my vehicles.

Taken my vehicles there since moving to the area. Honda one time, and my truck twice. Very professional and helpful. The etimator Hugo assisted with the vehicle towing, my insurance carrier, and the rental process. This made the claims process pretty seamless.

Excellent service. Very friendly crew. Most importantly, they did a great job in restoring my SUV back to beautiful condition. The employees here seem to have a great deal of pride in how they do their work! It's an old fashioned concept, but I love it! Highly recommend their work!

I have been using Yucaipa Auto Collision for years. I got in an accident a while back, they fixed my car with quick turn around time. Recently I had an issue with my paint peeling. I took my car in, no questions asked they said they honor their work and fixed it for me quickly! Very nice people and great customer service. I appreciate you guys so much. Ariana was very kind and Tom helped drive me home when I had to leave my card. Keep up the great customer service guys!!!

Fixed my car within a week and the staff was polite and professional. Definitely recommend this shop!
