My experience at Red Wing was excellent. The customer service was on point. I was helped by Angel. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was so professional that now my husband is a customer. Hats off to Angel at Red Wing San Bernardino 🙌

Locally owned franchise, the owner is usually in to take care of his customers. Store is well maintained and stocked. Overall a positive experience.
Any issues talk to the store operator. He's a very fair and reasonable gentleman.

I already had the style and size of shoes I wanted, so I was able to give that informed to the gentleman behind the counter. The young lady I had delt with the prior week wasn't in, but he did put her name on the receipt, as it was technically her sale.

BEEN HERE MORE THAN 10 TIMES. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE IS 🙌 SUPER. THE OLD MAN 👴 I BELIEVE HIS NAME IS DAVE. VERY FRIENDLY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SIZES MY FEET EVERY TIME. DONT FORGET TO MENTION THE UNION IF YOUR IN A UNION AND GET YOUR 20$ DISCOUNT. MUST SHOW CARD FOR PROOF. MOC TOES 8” ARE THE MOST COMFORTABLE BOOT I OWN. STAY AWAY FROM THE FONTANA STORE ITS GONE DOWN HILL POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Greg was very helpful. I've been going to him at Red Wing for the past 14 years. He is always looking out for the Customers.

It was a real nice experience, and such good service from the lady attended me, not only gave the boots 🥾 the I need it, she recommended a insole for the inside of my boots, cause I have flat feet’s the process was done electronically, when I walk with my new boots it feels ver comfortably thank you RedWing.

Felt comfortable the minute I entered the store employees greeted with a smile asked what we we’re looking for and measured my feet for a very comfortable experience

The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. She measured my foot and got the precise shoe size and inserts that are ideal for my feet. Overall a great experience.

A few years ago they had some rude employees here that made it seem like it was an annoyance you had the audacity to step in the store and made them work. Was running short on time but needed new work boots so I decided to check it out, see if anything improved. I was impressed to find MUCH friendlier staff that actually wanted to help me find the right boots for me. Kudos to Red Wing for hiring decent workers now. Now I can finally get Red Wing boots for work again from my local shop.

Great local place to buy your quality/premium work boots. Greg is extremely helpful and they now have a bunch of the boots in stock again. He's always looking out to make sure he covers the things you might forget about or didn't even think of because you're new to work boots. Also got a nice set of American Flags for my laces.

Alright so today 04/27/23 I went over to Red Wing and I went there to buy a pair of boots for my new job when I got in there it was really busy I was greeted and told that I will be severed in a bit took awhile to get my service but I'm going to tell you right now everybody that was getting helped had smiles on their faces. once I had somebody help me by the way shout-out to Angel your the man I was the last customer in the store went through the whole process of getting my shoe size getting my feet scanned this man went above and beyond to give me the proper boot that will feel comfortable for the summer heat didn't try to up-sell me he gave me all the information and some tips and tricks to get the right boots Angel knows his boots I'm really happy with the purchase and really glad I got to meet him hundred percent recommend you come here to get your boots the way the workers All hustle talk to you and try to help you they really care about getting you in the right boot and take their time hundred percent come get your boots from Red wings of San Bernardino and talk to my boy Angel he speaks Spanish

This was one of the best retail experiences I have had in a long time. My husband needed a new pair of work boots. JIm spent a lot of time asking questions about how they would be used and explained the features of multiple types of boots.He then expertly fitted them. I was very impressed and pleased.Will definitely go back to this store again.

Just went to this store after stopping at the red wing store in fo Fontana CA where the guy there was very rude. I needed to exchange a piar of boots i got my dad. I got him a size 9.5 when he needed a 10. The store in corona did not have the size 10 so my last stop to check was the store in upland. Walked in and told the two guys there i needed to get a bigger size and were very easy and polite about exchanging the boots. Very helpful and respectful. Thanks for the easy transaction
