Security at this facility is the only positive thing about this place... They are kind human beings and you feel comfortable around them... The court hearings are another story... I understand that there is a process that must take place, but for my experience in both of the times I have had to go through the process have been gruelling.... Arriving there at 7:30am just to finally be seen at 3:30pm is some bullsquid... All of the other people who attend seem to have the same response... Uncertain on why they take soooooo long... People become restless and far beyond impatient. Just as you feel you are next to be called.... They take a hour lunch... Crazy, if you have to endure a day with them, you will see.... Good luck! (Have a fully charged phone ahead of time, plus a charger...).

This is the most inefficient and grossly mismanaged court system in the state.

I have to provide a 1 star. My office filed a lawsuit in February 2022. Just got word that San Bernardino County Superior Court is only processing lawsuits received in December of 2021! What a joke. My office litigates matters in Orange County, LA County and Riverside County and no other county is nearly as slow as San Bernardino. Get to work!

The listed hours have not been updated. The courthouse is open from 8am to 12pm M-F. Not 8am to 5pm.

Jury Duty department - they make it IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone over the phone. Everything is an automated machine. Most inefficient and and mismanaged court system.
