Courtesy is always great! George has been my mechanic for 20 years, and everybody else who works there is awesome too. They give great service, good prices and they don't try to sell you something you don't need.

George is always so friendly and always able to squeeze you into his busy schedule. And the staff are very fast and professional. Always do their best. Thank you guys!

We were passing through Monroe when we realized one of the studs broke on our tire, so we stopped here for help. They were so smart, helpful and honest! I would definitely use them again and recommend them! Thank you George and staff!

Awesome customer service at Courtesy Automotive Repair. What I really thought was super awesome was the fact that I wasn't treated like I was an inferior species. Which most auto shops I have been to do exactly that. That is one of the reasons I do most all of my work on my vehicles myself. I am not a mechanic but I am smart, I love learning new things, and don't mind putting in the work. This time it was my father's pickup added to that, I am in a situation where I just didn't have the time or place to give it my full attention. They found the problem quickly and what I thought would be 400-500$ turned out to be less than 200$. So very happy! Thanks guys you super rocked!!!

We dropped our car off on a Friday to get our catalytic converter replaced and picked up by the end of Monday. Everything looks great. The people at Courtesy were friendly and had a sense of humor, which is always appreciated.

The only place in town that will service my VW and I'm happy they do! Reasonable pricing for quick and honest work. They're always upfront about what you can expect to pay, how long you can expect to wait, and what can be done for your car. It's hard to find automotive shops that are trustworthy and I always have peace of mind leaving my car with the folks at Courtesy. If George is working on your car, you can be sure he'll do it right and will update you with everything you need to know as he does, too!

I was recommended to come here after inheriting a Ford F-150 from my dad. When I picked the truck up, I noticed not only was the AC now working but there was a funny sound coming from under the hood. I called and emailed so many different places. After complaining to my mom, she told me if I was willing to drive to Monroe that this is who they used for their cars. I was told the staff her was nice, they would treat me right, they would be fair and wouldn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need. Out out of the 12 places I contacted, 2 responded. George was the first one that contacted me and he said he could get me in within a week. He got my truck in, told me what was wrong with it and was able to get it repaired the same day. I was so grateful for their quick service. I would highly recommend this place to other people needing automotive work!

Update 3/3/23: I come here for all my car needs. These guys are awesome. You'll have great conversations while you wait, if you choose to; I highly encourage you stay until your car is done, if possible! These guys are a riot! Super friendly, they LITERALLY make you feel at home! If you don't wanna wait, there's some good food places nearby. You can Google those though.

It feels like you're amongst friends when you go here! The prices are fairly competitive and the work done is really good!

Best Service Ever! They always get my vehicles done quickly and perfect service every time. But this time they went above and beyond. They replaced my Cadillac Cue Touchscreen for me. Got the job done the same week I scheduled. Cadillac would have cost double and would have made me wait 2 months for an appointment! LOVE me some Courtesy!

We are new to the Monroe area and found our way to Courtesy Auto with two different tire problems. We not only received speedy professional service with each visit, but we also found congenial, friendly help. As an earlier reviewer put it, "they feel like family." Such a welcome, satisfying discovery in our new hometown! Special thanks to George and Brad!

Always great service, trustworthy people

I have been taking my cars here for 4 years now and George and the crew never let me down. They are very nice people and go the extra mile to take care of you. I have brought my car to other mechanics for a quote and had George look at the same issue. The other guys were charging me for things i didn't need. I highly recommend these guys; they won't take advantage of you.

My car wouldn't start this morning, and I was able to get right in at Courtesy Automotive. My car was towed to their garage and they were able to work out and repair the issue within an hour. I would recommend them to anyone!

So awesome to see honest people are still around, there also fast with repairs. Would recommend.

George took the time to walk me through every step he planned on taking with the repairs, explained to me the issues with my vehicle, and actually showed me the parts that had to be taken out and replaced so I could see the damage for myself.

Never in my life have I had a mechanic display that kind of regard for their customers, and I have total confidence in Courtesy Automotive for all my future repairs.

Even if he can help he will give a honest option.George is considered a friend in our family he has always been honest when my father has taken in his vehicles and is very reasonably priced my father has all his trust in this man. I took my leaky ban in and he was very nice when he gave his opinion. I plan on bringing in amy new purchase here to have it looked at.

I will only go here for my automotive needs. George is always good and friendly plus he is a straight shooter when it comes to my vehicles I bring in. I always tell people I know to go there. My daughter actually saw courtesy automotive this very morning and I asked her how she liked it and she said she found her new automotive care specialists. I love these guys!

I rarely write reviews, but the folks at Courtesy Automotive were worth taking a moment to comment. I called them based on a quick Google Maps search which showed them as a highly rated auto shop in nearby Monroe. They were glad to accommodate a same day tire mount and balance/alignment on my truck. The work was completed quickly, done right and at a fair price. Will be going back and will also highly recommend to friends! Thanks guys!
