Visited the park while the community was hosting an art show. Beautiful park with clean, modern bathrooms and playgrounds. Art murals were displayed at park and nearby garage doors.

It has the best climbing tree I've ever seen. Would drive the hour to go back just for that but the art festival that was going on during my visit made our trip way better than I could have hoped for.

Brought my 1 year old son here a couple of times. We absolutely love going here they have swings for baby and mom which are very cool you can swing together with your kiddo. Also they have zip line basketball court undercover area that you could BBQ at! Very fun park

Large open space for my pups to run and disk golf I believe. I saw some guys with professional gear. All in all a great place to walk run and good for kids and dogs too.

I grew up less than a walking minute away from this park.
The transformation of this park leaves me breathless every time I visit.
They've added a community garden, it's more wheelchair accessible, it's just plain cleaner as well & the play set has greatly improved (even though my nostalgia will always love the old version).

I love coming back and visiting this park, they've made it something really special.

My kids love this park. Bathrooms are fairly well kept. Lots of families for them to interact with. They recently cut the bushes on the backside where the homeless lived. Park rangers visit often. This has helped reduce the homeless issue significantly. Dog bags are kept full if you forget yours. Wish the park had an enclosed dog area. Plenty of room for it on the Northside.

It's very inviting during any weather! It's clean and had bathrooms that are locked at night. There's a community garden. (IT'S NOT A "HELP YOURSELF KIND OF GARDEN"!!!) IT'S Important to respect the garden for people PAY to grow fruits and veggies and flowers!! It's open to the public to see, not to take what isn't yours. Jackson Park is a beautiful park!

I brought my 10 yr old black lab to the park to play. This is a nice park with large fields to run around. They supply poo bags which is always nice. There is a Nice playground for kids which has a cool looking jungle gym and a little zip line. I love that this park has little garden plots that you can rent in the spring/summer. It's really nice seeing everyone's garden especially when it's close to harvest time. I also appreciate that there are bathrooms and they actually keep soap and toilet paper stocked. I have been too many public bathrooms over the years without these 2 basic items so this is a plus. It may sound silly but a girl needs her TP and soap. The bathrooms are clean and they have sharps containers built in inside the bathrooms which I have now found to be an absolute necessity in today's world. Overall I love this park and so does my pup. The only negative thing is that they do lock the bathrooms for the whole winter. Jeez my post mentions the bathroom a lot.

Such a big park with a great view and so much available to do with a medium amount of off street parking (not RV size though but if street parking available for that) Playset areas for bigger kids and younger kids too. BBQ areas with covered roofing(perfect for bday parties), baseball/softball field, basketball, large grassy area perfect for picnics, even garden plots that people can rent. Nature and people friendly combined. Only downfall is bathrooms are closed during winter months. And dog friendly with pop bags available and plenty of garbage cans.

Very peaceful and beautiful. They keep the park well maintained and clean. Great place to take ur kids for a picnic or just to wear off some built up energy.

Nice park but Zipline is currently down, it gets fixed and broken again, nice basket ball court with lower hoops for small children. Big grass fields, baseball field, a community garden, bathrooms that are closed part of the year, currently still closed. Awesome climbing tower, cool swings but minimal standard playground equipment .

I love it here because I can park in the shade all day for my dog if needed, the only downfall is there are no rest rooms so that does suck but other than that it's amazing and quiet here and entertaining lol

Love this park. Great for all ages. From the new seat on the zip line to the family size disk swings. Get up early and feed the seagulls from the upper parking lot having them hover above you as they eat from your hands. Or just exercise on the path surrounding the fields.

Went to an event, Lew's BBQ gift giving at the park. It was pretty cold but it was a great event and beautiful park. They served award winning famous Lew's Chilli! Very big park, small playground. Covered area and bathrooms.
