I've been with T-Mobile for a little over a year now and I honestly just love the low monthly rate I'm getting. Cynthia and Ivan are awesome. Both of them helped me with what I needed to get done. I was really impressed by this location. Super clean, nice vibe, and the staff is outstanding. I can't express how much I appreciate good customer service. The San Bernardino location near Sams Club could use some customer service training from this team.

My husbands phone was having sim card issues. Adrian went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. The highlight of this review is the amount of time, effort, and detail Adrian put into taking care of us. From cleaning the sim tray to explaining our insurance coverage and providing written instructions for my forgetful spouse.

Thank you, Adrian .. people who take pride in what they do is a rare find nowadays. Smiles for everyone, you rule the day!

Edith did a great job helping me she upgraded me and help transfer my information. very nice and outgoing great customer service from her i recommend her.

Their staff is well informed and very helpful and accommodating. Occasionally, it gets crowded, and there's a bit of a wait.

I went into this location super helpful staff, very friendly. The first T-Mobile location I go to that was not pushy at all, and made me feel comfortable. Jackie was great! She was very informative and professional her assistant manger Angie was so helpful and friendly they both answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Highly recommend location! I would definitely be coming back to this location.

Absolutely love this T-Mobile! The absolute best customer service I’ve received at a T-Mobile thus far. Caesar was so patient with me although I was indecisive. Before I decided to buy a new phone he did everything possible to fix my old phone. He answered all my questions to the best of his ability and made sure everything was working well and I was happy with the service. I 100% recommend coming to this T-Mobile! Ask for Caesar!

Amazing customer service and greet in this store. Everyone is very welcoming Liz even offered us water and kept checking up on us and made our experience feel like we were right at home. Jesus was very patient and knowledgeable about all the deals we could take advantage of. I am definitely coming back and referring my entire family thank you Tmobile.

Joe is awesome. He recommended the perfect phone. He asked a couple questions and the rest is history. Javoni greeted me very professionally as I entered the building. He took his time to explain different apps and the functions that my new phone provided.
