Look I was there for a 8 week out patient program around a year ago, thinking of going back because of more life stressors but I was doing good when I got out up until this past march, I think Dave was my therapist and he actually cared, Dr checked me weekly with blood work, so not sure about why so many bad reviews, if they don’t take her insurance get over it, go to Redlands community hospital instead, and anyone comparing to this to Jail, obviously has never been to jail

I stayed here a few times as a teenager and my experience wasn't so bad. It didn't make me feel any better, the doctor was rarely there, I was misdiagnosed with BPD which led me down a somehow darker path and the meds they put you on (or rearrange) are usually black box drugs not meant to be used long term; taking them long-term can cause things like infertility to diabetes. I gave this place 4 stars because of the social workers. They were wonderful and always so sweet. It was them who actually helped me out the most and gave me some sort of relief. I want to give a shout out to Joel if he's still there. He's what made me feel safe enough to leave my room. A nurse yelled at me repeatedly to join the group therapy but I kept insisting I wasn't feeling good, and turns out I had stomach flu 🙃 the doctors, terrible, the nurses, mean and domineering, the social workers, angels.

I was here 2 years ago and I'm not sure if they are different now but that place felt more like being in prison than really anything. They never let us outside, the food was OK, they forced us to stay in our rooms, we got shampoo and conditioner by little water cups, it was cold as hell in there and never listened to the patients (again when I was there) It may be way more different now but for now. This place was bad but it wasn't the worst

This place ONLY accepts certain PRIVATE INSURANCE ONLY! UHC ppo is NOT accepted here.
Also, they DON’t accept IEHP Direct or “any kind of Government insurance or programs “ I was referred to some other place that’s a “Sliding Scale for payment by Students”. This place should accept many insurance- for any person or families! I would give them ZERO stars if I could!
