It helps when you do E-visit before you arrived. You checked in the window by where the tents at. They give your test kit, self-served, drop the test kit to where designated instructions should be, done, go home and wait for your result.

One of the pluses with respect to our residence in the Inland Empire is the presence of Kaiser Permanente facilities. In our age group medical care, or lack thereof, is often a topic of conversation. The horror stories of non-Kaiser delayed medical treatment, we hear among our friends, enhances our choice for Kaiser care. There’s no need to have a remote insurance carrier’s pre-approval to receive care at Kaiser. Our assigned physicians and Kaiser staff are responsive. The Kaiser E-visit system conveniently produces effective diagnoses quickly. The on-line pharmacy refill system is flawless.

I have a wonderful Dr. that always take care of me, considering all my symptoms, and answering all my questions and concerns. He is very professional, and at the same time caring and kind. His name is John W. Samples. If you are thinking to choose a good doctor, he is the one.

Love this location. Staff is friendly and welcoming. My doctor and nurse are caring, and answer all my questions. I have never waited more than 15min to be seen. The pharmacy is pretty quick. I check in grab a bite or drink at the cafe and I'm out.

They always fast and efficient. When I needed the most help they took me in even if they were booked. The doctors are friendly and nice. When they need another oppinion they get one. It's always a great experience knowing that no matter what they are going to help. When I had an allergic reaction so bad I looked like a measles patient they were there to help and got me in so fast I didn't have to wait outside and they weren't afraid of me like everyone else was. Love this hospital and will never change.

I've been a Kaiser Permanente Member since 1996 and loved this Hospital every year since. I have had 3 different Primary Care Doctors since 1996. Each doctor has given me Outstanding care every step of the way. I feel at ease and confident with my Primary Care Doctors and the services I receive at Kaiser Permanente.

Pretty satisfied with my first visit. New to this office and system. Found the check in streamlined and easy, good parking, very nice physical space with good signage, updated furniture etc. will be interested in going back as the months unfold.

My husband and I have received good care from our primary care doctors and my girls have always had great care from their pediatricians.

My GP, Dr. Sanchez is very good, and very cool (I'm 65, so cool is OK for me to use). How many Doc's do you know of that do, and arrange a physical, then talk about the new 50th anniversary CD of the Grateful Dead's "American Beauty" album? The staff are really great, and they're in my prayers every day for being on the front lines of this Covid19 thing. God bless 'em.😊🤗🥰🙏🙏🙏👍

Very professional staff, I love my Doctor. She listens to you very carefully before she starts her check up, she suggest you different options and the one which is best for you.
