Perrie and Michelle were easy to work with. First of all, they were very responsive, which was important as I live out of state. They spent a good bit of time and effort in analyzing the market and suggested an appropriate listing price for a very unique property. Because of their sales strategy, we immediately received numerous offers at or above listing price.
They did a ton of work getting the home through various inspections. Since I am out of state, they managed the whole process, including necessary repairs.
They certainly earned their commission on this one.

I couldn’t happier with Michelle Hardesty and the entire Perrie Mundy group’s handling of the sale of my vacant lot in the hills above Moreno Valley. Michelle and the whole Perrie Mundy group did their due diligence in preparing for the sale which included professional drone photography and a preliminary survey of the property. I received six offers in the first week of listing and, after requesting buyers to submit their best and final offers, I received two offers for twice the asking price! The whole process was smooth and fast, closing just 30 days after the initial listing.

Perry is very knowledgable and efficient.

Firm uses their own in-house escrow who are unresponsive and don't address customer questions or issues. Buyer beware, if you deal with these guys insist on a neutral escrow and title service. I just backed out and cancelled because of these guys.

they may be good a selling home but as far as renting they are bad when we first move in they said move in ready after the first night there was a bad smell there was back mold all in the back of the home on the floor and back bathroom no break on rent nothing .yeah they fix it after a few month the home was not painted when move in and other problem the carpet is so old it has not be replaced in 20 years they dont want to fix the inside of the home but they sure want to keep reasing the rent every year that for sure
