Lucky Feet Shoes

Found just the shoes I needed. Bought 3 pair plus foot treatments. A great experience. Sales girl was very knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend to all. Already recommended to my hair stylist.

Came in today not knowing what to expect, Paola helped me and I’m beyond grateful! She took time and a lot of patience with me. Helped me by using a machine to measure my feet, got me a cute pair of shoes with the support I need. I left feeling soo much better pretty amazing what good shoes with support and someone who took time to help can do!

Service was amazing! Eddie did amazing job. When I walked in, I was greeted, asked questions, and he made sure to find out if the shoe I need it was going to be used for my profession or recreation. He was very helpful in finding shoes that he knew would allow me to do both my profession, and also for every day use. Very welcoming atmosphere and they were well educated on the shoes he was bringing out for me to try. Definitely coming back.

I have extremely bad feet. I just flew in from my home town of chicago and my good friend suggested Lucky Feet. I didn’t hold out much hope but Eddy waited on me and performed miracles. A man of MUCH patience he found not only a pair of sandals, boots and even slippers he suggested, as he rightly pinpointed that I walk bare foot at home. I visit the Redlands Ca at least once a year and this will be my first stop….I now have not only Lucky feet but HAPPY feet!!! My

After experiencing pain from a previous toe injury and fracture, I came in to get soles. The machine helped see the problem and i got soles that instantly changed my life for the best. The best part was the customer service. They educated me on soooo much about my feet and recommended soles and shoes. They also put the shoes on for me. Which made me feel extremely comfortable. Paola was wonderful! She was informative about the options for what fits me best! The free assessment on my foot was fast, easy and accurate because it pointed out what caused my foot pain. Definitely coming back!

The customer service is excellent. Eddy checked the size of my feet and brought out several options. I’m particular with the fit and feel of my shoes, and I actually had a hard time deciding because Eddy had selected perfect fits! It was a great overall experience, and I’m happy with my purchase.

Purchased some Ortho Inserts, and a pair of Hoka's over 2 years ago from Lucky Feet. Went into this location and Paola was so knowledgeable. I was just going to have my feet analyzed and then go back later to purchase new inserts. She told me that our FSA covers and walked out with new Inserts and specialized house slides so my feet won't hurt anymore whilst doing chores. I'm definitely coming back!

This is my new favorite shoe store. Everyone was so helpful, especially Darlene and Eddie. I got the perfect shoes for my feet. I have neuropathy with balance problems and my feet feel wonderful and my gait improved.

I've been dealing with pain on both my heals and finally made it into Lucky Feet. I didn't think I would walk out with shoes, slides, two insoles and two pairs of socks! Darlene was Amazing!!!! She explained everything to me and took her time sizing my feet and bringing out great product that would help me with my heal pain. Spent $400 but walked out feeling great with what I purchased. Stopped by the store in Redlands by accident (I was going to Trader Joes). Eddie helped me with all of my questions and also had great suggestions on multiple shoe selections. Best part about it all, my HSA covered all of it. I have been looking for a place that sells great foot wear because I have very bad plantar fasciitis. I will definitely be coming back once a year to get new foot wear.
