I called at 8:30 right after they opened to get a new chipped key for my Honda. They drove up to Crestline and had my car running by 10:30 with a lower price than what Honda wanted if I towed my car to them. Doesn’t get much better than that.

Only got to talk to the owner, he was very very nice and even gave me a free Keychain. He seemed very smart and honest I highly recommend this place.

I lost my car keys once again..I had my car Tow to Dib's safe & lock service to avoid settings up a mobile locksmith service appointments. Key was made less then 10 minutes non programming 🔑 ..👏👍...so happy walk away with my car running...👍👏👏👏👏👏this will be my 5th time bringing my cars to get new set of keys..I also forgot to mention it. the prices are reasonable with no hidden fees.Not Like other theft locksmiths who will try to take advantage of the situation by giving you a competitive price but when when they get there the prices keep going up like it was a paid by the hour job.🤔🤔🤔🤔... Next time put you mind into Dib's Safe & Lock service first..

We had a 1992 Isuzu Rodeo that we couldn’t open the back hatch, key wouldn’t work. The guy at Dib’s could put the key in but it wouldn’t turn to open, it was also was connected to the window above it. He used a spray, with the key he kept pushing and turning and it finally worked. There was a streak of black dripping down because it has seized up and hadn’t been used in a long time. At home we trued spraying Key Ease which did not work even though it had worked on things before but not on this car. He charged us $28.00 which was well worth it. They were Reccommended to us by other locksmiths and didn’t think they could unlock it. The spray is greaseless which is the key ingredient. It’s $20 but can be used on so many items. WD40 they say is the worst, will gum up locks over time.

They are simply the best! Service was fast and they were all super friendly. I came in to get a new car key remote programmed and they were able to assist pretty quickly. I am so happy I came here since their prices are pretty affordable as well.

Got 2 copies of a key. This is a super low-key place, I'm glad I found it. I also got a "lucky rabbit foot" accessory to go along with my keys.

From the initial phone conversation to the job was a great experience. It took at most 30 minutes from the time technician called and arrived to my location. Danny (the technician) was very kind and the work he did was quality. From the time he started addressing the problem to finish was about 20 min. I brought them a 1959 Ford Ranchero that needed a key made for the door. Made a key rather quickly. Thought it was going to take longer. Highly pleased with their work. Been going to them for a long time. Very reasonable prices for such great work. Thanks again....

I had to get a few locks re-keyed and keys copied so I call around and this place not only had the best prices but their over the phone customer service is great. Gary was very helpful and super friendly the whole time. The in store service is also very good and didn't have to wait long for my locks to be returned to me. The other employees were also friendly and super fast with making the copies of my keys. As a walk in customer I highly recommend this place for their fast, friendly, and quality work. Another cool thing about this place is that they have a shaded car port so you never have to worry about your car getting super hot in the sun.

Called late in the day made an appointment for the next day. Guy shows up changes the lock on my mail box in literally 5mins. Couldn’t of asked for a more convenient experience. Calm, cool and collected.

I go here and I need things done with my vehicles super good prices fast work and very knowledgeable. Ford dealership wanted 900 they did what I wanted for 300 for one job. And ford wanted $350 to re-key my tailgate and they did it for like 28 bucks. I definitely recommend. August 3 2019 I went there again today. They were great as always.

The technician was on time, professional and skilled. He fixed our old safe by fabricating a new part for. It never worked this good when it was new. I highly recommend Dib’s Safe and Lock!

notified of business lock issue the night before. contacted the following morning before office opened. had a call back within 30 minutes. They were able to get to our store same day and take care of 3 locks and one door closure. pricing was extremely reasonable. highly recommend.

Great friendly, but very professional service. I had to leave to obtain a code to cut a key and when I returned they took me right up and finished, so I didn't have to wait longer
