Very efficient employees, can get busy at times so it's best to be patient. Lab techs know what they are doing, hardly know you've had blood drawn.
I have had lab work done there for more than 10 yrs.

Best lab there is, the lab techs and phlebotomists are friendly, professional and the only lab I'll go to

Customer service could be better

I had a appointment scheduled for July 24th with Dr. S Balkcom. I found out the day of that they canceled my appointment and rescheduled it for the 28th. I never received any call that it was canceled. They said they left a voice-mail on my phone but I had none from them. They could have sent me an email. It's very hard for me to get a day off in my line of work. I just think it's very unprofessional that they would assume I received a notice without actually me confirming that it was canceled. The computer call even called me to let me know that my appointment was the 24th. SMH I should have read the reviews before coming here. Don't make the same mistake.

I had an appointment for an mri, they had told me to go to 11234 Anderson street, I showed up 30 minutes early and when I had arrived they told me I was at the wrong location. When I arrived at the right location they told me to reschedule, and couldn’t take me. Terrible experience.

Never on time with their appointments. I always have to wait at least 2 hours before being seen, so ridiculous. What is the point in making an appointment?
