PREMIUM CARE CLINIC-KHALED M.EL-SAID,MD,INC

Been going here for the last 4 or 5 years. Justine the PA is amazing! She takes the time to listen and discuss any questions I have during my appointments. The girls that work in front office are always helpful and friendly. Justine has been out of the office the last few months so I have had to interact with Dr. El Said. I am very pleased with him too. I emailed asking about bloodwork I had done because I had not heard anything back which I assumed no news, is good news but figured I would double check. He responded to my email and called me to let me know everything was fine on a SATURDAY. That is great patient care!

I love this office. I've been a patient here for years. Justine is awesome. I feel like she really listens and cares. She recently went on leave for a few months. During the time Justine was on leave I saw Linda, who was equally sweet and caring. All the PA's are great here. Dr El Said is wonderful too. The office staff and medical assistants are always cheerful and extremely professional. The providers are great, and the office is also located in a great neighborhood. Thanks for the great care Premium Care Clinic!

I just want to thank the staff especially Joy and Steven for helping us with the complicated paperworks for my daughter. Thank you Dr Khal El Said for the quick action and signing the paperworks despite of your busy schedule,you are true to your words to help. kudos and more power

I’ve personally never met Dr El Said but I’m always seen by Justine an I absolutely adore her! She’s so sweet and you never feel judged about anything. She takes the time to hear you and any questions you may have. Never had bad vibes! Highly recommend 😊

I can't say enough great things about Dr. El Said office! I have been patients of his office nothing but outstanding professionalism, quality work with a caring touch from them. And Eman`s warm smile and thoroughness always relieve any nervousness a patient could ever have.

I had an excellent expierince with premium care clinic, the clinic is very clean inside . The staff are well organized , detail oriented, and very friendly. As for dr. El Said he is one of the best dr. I had dealt with. He has a very strong medical background an excellent work history, he is very friendly, patient and pleasant to deal with. I would definietly recommand premium care clinic to anyone who cares for their loved ones and I am sure they will have a wonderful experince from the minute they walk in the clinic.

Dr. El Said's Medical Office, (Dr. JUSTINE), Are experts in their field of expertise. Highly recommended! A listening doctor's office! Staffing handle issues in a professional way of manner. ALL medical issues are executed as they should be. Pro-active along with production is expected and delivered. The new office is great, happy for them. Serene environment. Especially to Dr. JUSTINE. Thank You, soooo much for seeing my husband and sending us to the e.r., was the right call. Loma Linda University is awesome just like you guys. We went and they had a trauma neurological team alerted ready to go for surgery. Thank God, no surgery needed. Healing and time from the life changed after an assault. Dr-Elsaid, is one of the most honest, caring, and highly experienced in his filed. I wish I know of him from a long time ago. I strongly advice however reads this, go there if you're looking for an honest doctor & a great staff that actually listens to you.

Dr. Khaled is a very experienced doctor. He is friendly and was kindly able to solve all my medical issues. He gave me all the referrals I needed and made sure to follow up with each specialist I had to see!!

I never got the chance to put this review in but I just wanted thank the staff and Valerie she was very sweet and definitely a people person will be referring this clinic to my friends and family at the time she check in my mom super fast and respectfully made my mom feel comfortable and also my mom tells me that the ma that took her to the back I’m not sure what her name was I think it was Monica or something like that and the pa Justine made her feel welcomed and comfortable and made the experience smooth overall we were satisfied with the whole staff keep up the good work 👍🏽

They are always working hard and make my health a priority. Knowledgeable staff and really caring providers. The only issue I run into sometimes is there phone system, sometimes I cant get through because they are always busy...

They were able to fit me into their schedule last minute, did not have a long wait in the waitting room and Justine (PA) listened to my concerns and was very nice. All the staff was very nice.

Dr. EL Said is always giving my sons a great care, he follows up with their physical chek ups every year , checks their health issues throughly on a regular base ,always ahead of time, I definately recommend Dr. EL Said and his Clinic& staff to be the primary doctor to every family as nothing is more comforting than taking your loved ones to a physician you can trust.

Dr. Khaled is a very professional and caring doctor. Very clean office and nice staff. Justine his PA is also very professional and polite.

me and my mom went to this place & the girls are so sweet , the staff here is so helpful ,everytime I call they help me out right away Monique & Valerie in the front are always so cheerful and always have a smile on there face .i love it here !!!
