I was having trouble getting my prescriptions at Walgreens and my brother told me to transfer to Redlands pharmacy so I did and it was the best decision I have made Iv been coming here for about 2 1/2 years and I will not go anywhere els Ken is very knowledgeable about all your pharmacy needs I highly recommend this pharmacy

I have used Redlands Pharmacy and Ken for years. They are always fast, efficient and friendly, far from what you get at a chain pharmacy. If you’re looking for great service, you will find it here.
Side note—-I noticed two 1 star reviews and read their complaints. What a shame that people leave a one star review for 1) the wrong pharmacy and 2) complaining about a price difference of $3.
Never ceases to amaze me

After moving across the country from Connecticut, I had yet to find a pharmacy as trustworthy and reliable as the one I had depended on all my life. It wasn't until I came across Redlands that I knew I had found the pharmacy for me and my family. Redlands' customer service is top notch every visit, and I can't recommend it enough to my relatives and close friends.

Can not recommend Redlands enough to my friends and family. Dr. Ken Chu is always friendly whenever I come in and I know I can rely on him to provide the most accurate prescriptions for my family.

Without question, the best pharmacy I've ever used. A fantastic staff, great wait times, in a superb location; even the parking is outstanding! They accept almost every insurance, and they have regularly gone above and beyond to help us with prescriptions. The building itself is incredibly charming, too. We cannot recommend Redlands Pharmacy enough, they're just awesome.

I can give two thumbs up on Redlands Pharmacy for good and fast service, and the staff are very friendly. The pharmacist always makes sure that you will have your refill on time. You don't need to call them for your refill and if they check that you don't have any refill they are the one who will call your doctor to request a new prescription. This Redlands pharmacy are very recommendable.

Amazingly fast. Very courteous. Has what major chain pharmacies don't have. Hassle free. Again makes no sense how every prescription I have gotten from here for the past 3yrs only takes 10mins but I must wait hours sometimes days at Walgreens for the same prescription.

The best pharmacy around. Ken and the girls always go out of their way to be helpful. It's old school and not open on the weekends and you won't get a reminder text for refills but they are still the best pharmacy in the area in my opinion.
