Kaiser Permanente Pharmacy is very busy, extremely efficient and excellent Customer Service.

I have not had Kaiser employees be rude. I have been a Kaiser member for about 18 years. Often wondered how they can train all of their employees to be polite, kind and caring.
Sometimes the pharmacy is very busy but the employees are not rude, they have to work fast , It is not an easy job.

The pharmacy in Redlands is the best. Very efficient and fast. They are available to answer any questions you have for your meds. Very polite even when they have to deal with people that aren't.

The Kaiser pharmacy in Redlands is absolutely amazing. Their system is well designed and generously staffed to provide prompt and efficient service! Have always found everyone to be very knowledgeable and helpful!

Kaiser is one medical provider conglomerate that really has it together, except for a couple times when they were treating my hubby under someone else's medical records, they're doing great!

The staff is very efficient and always very nice. They are also quite fast in filling your rx's.

It was good. The pharmacy staff is on the ball & know what's up. The pharmacists, themselves, should listen to the front line staff more often. At times, you wouldn't have an extra wait time if the pharmacist would've taken the clerks words to heart.

They do their very best to get everyone checked in and out the door with their prescription as quickly and efficiently as possible. There are long lines to conted with depending on the time of day, particularly the afternoon. So if your in a hurry I highly recommend using the app and doing the check in thru that before you arrive.

I put in a refill orders days ago, and absolutely zero updates. I’m now out of my medicine in a time that I really need it. Why are you guys not communicating with us? Where is our medicine? Why can’t you tell us the truth? This whole ordeal is made more frustrating by the fact that the pharmacy number does not work even while the pharmacy is still open. Are you guys shutting off your phones so you don’t have to do your job? Even the Kaiser Appt line couldn’t get a hold of the Redlands Pharmacy. This situation is so shady and makes me wish i wasn’t trapped with Kaiser care.

This pharmacy is trash. They don't even handle their incoming calls, they have a call center take the calls. Showed up to the Fontana location and line was huge, showed up to the Redlands kaiser pharmacy and the line was even bigger. Clowns said my rx will not be ready until tomorrow. I guess they're short staffed because the pharmacy technicians make less than the Amazon deliver peeps
