If you have a registration issue ask for Monique when you walk in. She quickly and easily solved a complicated registration/title issue I had. Also, there were 20 to 30 people in line when the door opened but I still went right up to a counter. They were very fast. Great place to do DMV.

Sean is one of those guys you wish more people would be like. I've never had such an awesome customer service experience in my entire life. I can only give five stars in this review, but I wish I could give it ten stars! Thanks, Sean!

In Redlands,California is a very convenient and full service auto,home,life and casualty insurance provider.They also provide towing services,travel and cruise reservations and trip assistance to anywhere in the world!
They have a very friendly and helpful staff
always ready to help.
You can also take care of DMV and registration matters here at no extra service costs than what the DMV would charge and you can avoid the lines!
They also have terrific assortment of travel books available for members.
Plenty of free parking,close to the I-10 freeway and afterwards grab something to eat at nearby restaurants!

TAYLOR LASSITER, a customer service rep at the DMV in the Redlands AAA, is OUTSTANDING !!!!
After she explained to me how to fill out a release of liability form, she filled it out, filed it, and handed me a copy of the completed form.

I have had AAA for years. Today they helped me with road and weather conditions in the Mid West. Over the years they have also helped me with roadside assistance, travel TripTiks, maps, and DMV stuff. Chiana is so on point, it is amazing. Fast, accurate, right information. In and out fast with my RV insurance photos. She rapidly found qr codes and bar codes for vin number. Had the paperwork ready for me when I arrived. Great job again. Thank to AAA.

Had an excellent experience at AAA, again. They were beyond accommodating when told I very recently had surgery and tried to avoid me entering the building (Covid). In the end I went in for 5 minutes to sign but they went above and beyond with kindness! Special thanks to Bernice who processed my registration and Terry.

Friendly staff, they had a woman waiting outside who was directing people where they needed to go and keeping everyone socially distanced. She was very pleasant. Everyone I interacted with inside was also pleasant. I’m glad that I can come here to do things that you would normally have to do at the DMV and it’s done in half the time.

This location has such great customer service. Sometimes they can be a bit backed up but most of the time you're in and out fairly quickly. I am amazed as to how good they treat us. When we were planning a trip an advisor helped us for about an hour figuring everything out we can do. He also provided us maps and helped us find some points in our trip that we should stop at. If you are a member then I would definitely recommend coming to this location. If you're not a member then get a membership and reap the benefits!

Theresa and Lori are both knowledgeable and pleasant travel agents that work in the Redlands office. They are informative and helpful. We've been going though AAA for years to book our vacations and have never had a problem.

Sara is my travel agent and she is wonderful. She really cares about her clients, will look for the best deals and communicates well. She will answer all of your questions and we have never felt that she was too busy or felt like we had to hurry. I sent her an email late Friday and I expected to hear from her on Monday, but she called me on Saturday late morning! It was a pleasant surprise and she had all of the info I needed to make my decision. Even though I no longer live in the area, I will continue to work with Sara for all our travel needs. 👍👍 to you Sarah. You are truly appreciated.

I always use triple A so does my family.

There was a line outside when I arrived about 12:30(lunch time) however they are checking people in as you arrive, advising of how long the wait could be. They estimated the wait to be about 20 mins and were spot on. When my turn came around I entered to find another line however wasn't in that line for more than a min when I was directed to Christina who was amazing!!!! She not only took care of the registration I initially went in for but she took care of an additional registration that I have had a problem with before Covid-19. Thank you Christina for going above and beyond, explaining the why behind the problem and doing it all with a great positive attitude!!
