been going here for 10 plus years and have been very happy. never have to wait long, everyone is nice and knows what they are doing, way better than cvs down the street. I don't understand why they have soooo many bad reviews, crazy. oh well, just easier for me to get my meds if no one goes here.

Scheduled an appointment for the vaccine and went in and she was calling me as I walked up and then once she saw I was there she told me they didn't have my appointment in the system and they already gave out all the shots they could that day to the walk ups. I showed her my confirmation text from yesterday when I made the appointment and today when I got the reminder about the appointment. How was it not in their system if she was calling me at the time of my appointment and knew my name and said you made an appointment right. Obviously she knew and was lying for some reason.

Very disappointed. I called in my refill on Thursday and they said they needed an approval from my Dr cause there were no more refills. So i waited till friday and still no refill. I finally spoke to the pharmacist and she said oh yes you have refills (they were looking at the wrong Rx which expired) I spent 2 days without my meds at this point right. Well i went to walmart on saturday morning at 9:45am and they were closed! I looked at the time to open and it said 9am! Smh this is horrible. Today is Sunday and i still dont have my meds all because a tech didnt look at all my Rx's. Im taking my business to walgreens (their pharmacy is open 24hrs at some locations)

I don’t really like to post bad comments, but at this time I’m Very disappointed!!! With the lady who is on charge of the pharmacy on Walmart San Bernardino university street . I have been talking the medicine for around 3 years, all the time I go to the same pharmacy and she denied my medicine until she talks with my doctor. Don’t they have my records? She makes me feel that I will used this medicine for something else. Now I have to wait to get my medicine.

worst pharmacy i have ever been to. takes hours sometimes days to get meds. staff has no clue. not managed properly. works poorly with doctors offices and insurances. i hate the service of this pharmacy. does not benefit community at all. recommend you die or go somewhere else.

was on hold for over 30 minutes and no one picked up to tell me if I was going to get help with the prescription. Awful service , most pharmacies help me within 10 minutes.

If I could give zero stars, even negative I would do that. They are the worst of all pharmacies. Give you the runaround, do not help and on top of that they just make you feel that they don't need your business.

It takes to long for any interaction. I would just recommend go to Walgreens.
