The people that work there are very kind, courteous and efficient. I always get my prescriptions promptly. They always make me feel as though they really care about my level of comfort & my well being

Y’all - Jennifer, Thomas, and Karen are the real MVPs. It’s not easy dealing with insurance companies and most of the issues I see in the reviews are the insurance companies fault, not CVS. Every time I have an issue the team here comes thru to find a solution and does it quickly.

This is CVS specialty pharmacy. Not a retail walk in site. They handle patients on specialty therapies and orders shipped to patient or physician. Great team of employees who go above and beyond to serve patients with chronic disease

These are the most professional, courteous and caring people I've interacted with in a very long time. I highly recommend them.

Well this is a close door pharmacy patients don't come in. Not for public!! Do not try to is sort of like mail Order pharmacy.thank you.

I worked here for about a week then I quit. I got tired of people yelling at me. Guess what people we would give you meds if we could most times your insurance doesn’t want to cover or your dr doesn’t have the prior authorization done! I am happy I quit and also most people are new so they don’t know everything give them a break!!!

It's okay

I have had medication from every specialty pharmacy. I have never had a pharmacy this incompetent Every month the medication didn’t come (time sensitive ) EVER on time. I had to spend hours on the phone with the pharmacy blaming the doctor and blame on my insurance company. Every time I find out that all is right with my insurance (they approved the medication for a year ) and the doctors office confirmed with me that the orders were written correctly. CVS specialty is the only problem. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY !!!!!!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE ANYWHERE!!!!!!

WORST PHARMACY!
They are not interested in helping the patient at all — until they are paid in full up front. What a deplorable way to treat a human being in need. When you have insurance, you’re not asking for a handout, and you shouldn’t be treated as such.
Go to OptionCare or ANY other specialty pharmacy, CVS is “money first, people last.”
