San Bernardino Coin Wash

Love this spot! Because I work all day and life is busy, I ran across this place by accident and have been coming in during 2am-6am while my kids sleep. Emmer was super helpful and told us about the discounted washers during certain hours or even the free dryers when it’s available. This place is well kept and super clean. No matter how packed your washer or dryer is, the job gets done and they have a lot of big daddy machines which is great when you have a big family!

OUTSTANDING 👍🏿! Clean washers & dryers, clean facility, & best of all, DAILY SPECIAL, $1 wash & $1 dry, from 2am until 6am! The washers wash for 30 minutes at light soil wash, your choice of temperature, the dryers dry for 30 minutes, your choice of temperature, the wash is clean, the dryer is dry, & the dryers can load up to 3 loads of washed laundry!🥳🥳🥳🥳 Emmer, the all night attendant on duty, assisted me with having dollar coins available for me to trade for my quarters. Yes, for the dryers you need dollar coins, the washers accept quarters. All in all, this is my new laundromat to go to (until I move into my new residence that has a washer/dryer🙂)

Came to the laundromat for the first time, was not dis, And received a lot of help from Eric before I even walked through the door. We welcomed me, asked me if I needed any help with anything and was very aware of the surroundings within the building as well as outside. For the first time being there, I was pleased with the cleanliness as well as the environment. I saw him helping other people and greeting them as well.

I have been here twice. This is closer to me and cleaner than the other 24 hour laundromats which is helpful. The prices seem a little higher then the others but the amount of machines and convenience help to assuage the sting of the extra expense. The first time I went , Charlie was super helpful with familiarizing me with the machines and the last time I went , Eric, was a huge help and very courteous. I wanted to write this review to say thank to to both of them for their help. Whoever is hiring for this place is picking out some great individuals.

I never thought I would be posting a rave review for a laundromat!
I mean who in their right mind enjoys laundry?
But I have to say, my evening at San Bernardino Coin Wash on Sierra Way was by far the best clothes washing experience I've had... ever!

I had waited way too long to finally bring myself to tackling all of the bedding, seasonal, and kids laundry that was building up around my house. But I heard that San Bernardino Coin Wash was clean and safe and open 24 hours so I finally gave it a go.

From the moment I arrived I could tell this was going to be different. A nice guy by the name of Carlos was working there and was kind enough to bring my 20+ bags of dirty clothes in from my car. On the last trip in with them he quietly advised me that I had dropped my ATM card on the driver's side floor of my car. But he had locked the door so someone didn't steal it.

Wow! I so appreciated his honesty! Throughout the first part of the evening he was there to answer any questions, advise me on the best dryer deals and retrieve the occasional stuck coin.

When my laundry was finished with the wash cycle I immediately noticed that all of the clothes really looked and smelled CLEAN!..Not like that dull, filmy, musty grayness that usually describes laundromat washings!

The dryers were humongous, brand new and didn't scorch the clothes. Several hours later when everything was clean and dry, a different employee had taken over for Carlos. His name was Eric and he was equally as helpful. Even carried all of my now clean laundry out and found room for it in my car. He was a blessing because by that point I was dead tired. He even told me that they also will come pick up, wash and fold and deliver the clean laundry if I don't want to do it myself next time! You just don't find that kind of customer service anymore. But it still exists at San Bernardino Coin Wash. There is no way I would go anyplace but here for all of my laundry needs from now on.

This is our go to laundromat. When Isabel is on shift you can expect a welcoming smile and she is very approachable. She will assist with any issues you may have. Thank you Isabel for keeping everything clean and ready to use. You're awesome!

I’ve been coming here for about a 2 years now and I’ve never had an issue with any of the workers. I love Mrs.Eve ( she’s the manager ) . She’s friendly , helpful and always has a friendly short conversation with everyone that goes there. Doesn’t matter what time of day or night I come to do my laundry , I always find it nice and clean and there’s always someone there to help if you need it. They have put in new washers and dryers and are slowly upgrading their machines.
No complaints here. Thank you for keeping everything tidy . Good Job Eve and staff . 😊

What can I say about Emmur? He's a new attendant here at the laundromat and I've got to say, he's the best attendant I've seen to date! He is so aware of everything and everyone and is very organized in how he keeps all aspects of the facility clean....I brought my dad here for the first time and he was also super impressed with this young man. He's very approachable and kind and helpful! Most people would stay away from a 24 hour facility in San Bernardino, but this place is clean and safe and the people are great!

Love this laundromat. It’s always pretty clean, the clean the lint much more frequently than others I have been to. They have 2 awesome attendants here, I love Isabelle, she’s super helpful.

Been going here for a while. Do my laundry after work which is sometime around midnight. Never had a problem here. I like that it's 24 hours cause it helps me with my schedule. Plus it's never really busy at these times. Today a gentleman who was working had been sweeping while I was loading my washer. As he approached where I was at and he asked how I was doing and if everything was okay. Then he gave me some pointers on the dryers. I think his name was Carlos? The gentleman who was working Friday November 17th around 11:00. I don't usually give reviews but it's nice to see good people out there doing their jobs and going out of their way to make sure the customer service is above satisfactory.

To the owner of this laundry mat. I have been here 2 times and it is very clean I no I watched the girl really working hard to keep it clean she is the best. Don’t loose her people like her are hard to find. I will always do my laundry her for that reason. It was a pleasure to meet your worker Isabel very good person. Thank you for the clean laundry mat.

I've gone to this car wash multiple times now. For $5 you get 15 minutes of whatever combination of soap, rinse, wax, spotless dry, tire/mat cleaner you want. Oh, and the foaming brush. 15 min, $5. Can't beat it!

Very clean and great machines and fair price to wash clothes. Staff are very helpful, shout out to the worker Carlos for his great customer service!

This is the best laundromat that I have visited in the last year. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Carlos is attentive, helpful, friendly and professional. He really is a standout employee willing to assist the customers. I would recommend this laundromat for the northern end of San Berdo.

Carlos was extremely helpful, even offered to help my wife take in her basket full of laundry. Nice machines and decent prices, love getting dollar coins over quarters and having the ability to come at any time is helpful for my busy schedule. Always nice snacks and cheap sodas to have while my clothes are in the machines aswell.

Isabel is a very good employee. She always helpful,kind and knows her work. We need more people like herself..
