The Yoga Room

So sad to be leaving but only 'cause we're moving! This is a great yoga place! I've always felt welcomed warmly - every single time I go! The instructors are great (especially Cindy!) and I'm only hoping I can find a yoga studio even close to as perfect for me!

This is a great yoga studio with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that's not intimidating like I initially thought. They have very friendly staff and awesome knowledgeable instructors (especially my favorite, Valarie). I just wish this place is closer to where I live - I would be here everyday, if I could!

Great place. Knowledgeable staff and very friendly clientelle. My only complaint is that it's gotten so popular that some classes you'll be packed in like sardines, which detracts from the experience a little.

For example, I once found myself in a jam-packed saturday morning class, and the instructor wanted us to attempt a difficult new pose that most of us weren't familiar with. The pose alone was a challenge in its own right, but when you can't even see the instructor to get a sense of what should be happening, and then the person to your left ends up kicking you in the face while trying said pose, you can't help but feel like you're having a subpar experience. And I've had other, similar experiences periodically here... there's just too many people coming in and sometimes it makes classes awkward and limited.

This isn't something I can blame the Yoga Room for, which is why I'm still rating it highly, but I do hope they move to a bigger space one of these days to address the issue.

One of the best yoga studios I've come across. The music is eclectic and goes well with the flow of the movement. The classes themselves are incredibly challenging and athletic, but also completely relaxing and harmonizing.

I experienced hot yoga at the yoga room for the first time and I had such a wonderful experience. My hair was soaked when the class was over. Love the environment. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice studio. The meditation experience was awesome. My friends tell me the yoga experience is awesome, too! Love it there.

I have been practicing yoga on and off for the past 8 years. This is one of the best yoga studios that I have ever come across. I wish i could take this yoga studio everywhere I go.
