Martha Green's The Eating Room

Martha Green's The Eating Room is another great option for a nice breakfast in Downtown Redlands! The service is fast, and the Menu is delicious. I had the build your own Omelet with hashbrowns, but I want to come back to try the Smokey Breakfast Quesadilla! They have nice restrooms and both table and booth options, spacious enough for families of all sizes!

My favorite place to come too! Love the variety of desserts in the bakery section especially that they now have more vegan options & on the menu aswell. Every employee is so polite and great customer service but my favorite of all will have to be Naomi, she always greets everyone and is always attentive to makes sure she leaves everyone with satisfaction with a big smile. She's definitely one person I look forward too seeing when I come in, always goes above and beyond for others.

The breakfast was amazing. I ordered the big deal breakfast sandwich which I had upgraded with a crossiant. My dad had the corn-beef hash which was equally toasty and soft.

Their broccoli salad is crazy good. I mean of COURSE their baked goods are wonderful, their food is first rate. But to take something as basic as broccoli and elevate to the amazing dish they serve? That’s just phenomenal. I can’t wait to get to go have lunch at The Eating Room again.

We really go for the cupcakes as a treat! But, I do love their waffles for breakfast! The kids love the cupcakes (perfect size for sharing). I've also gotten wonderful cookies there to share at a Christmas party. The cookies were delicious and popular with everyone. We sometimes have a Christmas breakfast here as well. At Christmas time, the restaurant is beautifully decorated with several Christmas trees and many other Christmas decorations. The staff are always courteous and kind. There is usually not a wait for the restroom and the restroom is always clean. Parking is available on the street and across the street in a two story lot.

I was there two times so far, and both visits were a pleasure. Friendly and quick service, great breakfast options and the coffee is pretty good, too!

My favorite breakfast/brunch place of all time. I will always bring friends from out of town here or go here when I'm close by after a date night with my partner. The vegan options on both the food and the pastries are outstanding. Highly recommend it, the services are great and the coffee is great too!

Saturday lunch- no reservation but it was a short wait to be seated <15 minutes. The restaurant was bustling but the noise level was not so loud that you couldn’t hold a conversation at your table. Service was attentive and friendly. Delicious food. I had the grilled portabello sandwich and my wife had the salad. My side was the sweet potato waffle fries. Both dishes were well prepared and flavorful.

I have had meals at the Eating Room
for years, they have the best breakfast and lunches. The decor is nice and it’s always clean. The waitresses and staff members are very friendly and do a great job. I always go for lunch and order the mandarin salad which is my favorite item to order. I have them use the mandarin dressing instead of the one that comes with it. They have a wonderful bakery with everything you can imagine and also a section for cakes. It’s a great location in the downtown area, you’ll want to try their breakfast and lunches here.

Had a great family brunch. We had omelettes, bread pudding, steak and skillet.
The food was good and in big quantities.
The only remark on the food I'd they can make the omelette fluffier.
The service and atmosphere were great.

I love their Egg Benedict. It’s a must try. Working people eat their breakfast here.

Absolutely love this place it’s delicious,smells good. They have a bakery indoor in addition they baked there sourdough fresh here. The sourdough is so good with there jelly that are also made in-house. My favorite are the eggs Benedict and there French toast. They have so many options to choose from. Nothing disappoints.

This place is wonderful. All the servers are great! Cali Burger is always my favorite and the Nik’s salad is wonderful. Serving portions a big. Highly recommended. I only wish they had longer hours.

If you're visiting Redlands, like myself from Palm Springs or somewhere else, you must eat here. A true Redlands institution. I had a wonderful Eggs Benedict. Hearty item with thick ham, yummy hollandaise, perfect poached eggs & hash browns. Ali, my server, packed a scrumptious cinnamon roll with the right amount of glaze, not skimpy at all. Kudos to Mark and Naomi too! Sherri is behind the bakery case that has everything imaginable for your sweet tooth or otherwise. Breads, cookies, chocolate eclairs, birthday cakes...I like the jalapeno and cheese bread. Thank you again Ali!

The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, the waitresses are attentive and friendly, and the food is extremely delicious and the portions are large. My husband really loves the bakery treats. We get coffee and enjoy them, sometimes. I really want to bring our children and their families here when they visit us.

A client brought in a almond croissant and it was delicious 😋 so I had to stop by and p/u some other items to try. Can't wait.

This is a great place to get a bite of breakfast. I wandered over to the bakery and tried their sticky bun too and my god it was glorious! I will definitely be back for more

This place was great. Honestly the best in the downtown area out of any restaurant in my opinion. It vibes. Everyone was so nice. The bakery was absolutely delicious and had so many options. Great options for kids. The best eggs Benedict I've had because the whole way through it was balanced and never overpowered. I highly recommend it!

I ordered the Southwest Meat Lover skillet with home-style potatoes. They did not disappoint. The onions were caramelized to a perfect sweetness. Great coffee too.
