I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for about 3 years now and it was extremely unbearable to the point it affected both of my heels. I was completely miserable and could not function how I used to. I was referred by my primary and was beyond satisfied with the services I received. From the front desk staff to the medical assistants and Dr. Panganiban they we're all extremely helpful, professional, understanding and courteous. Dr. Panganiban injected both of my heels (which was painful tbh but TOTALLY worth it!) In about 3 days my heels had HEALED! I am able to hit the gym, work efficiently at my job with no pain! I STRONGLY recommend Redlands Podiatry Group 🦶 💯

I have never been to a "foot" doctor before and was nervous but Dr. Durrant informed and educated me. I set up appointment to have bone spurs removed from my left small toe for the following Friday. It was the easiest thing in world to do and now I walk without pain; unfortunately it took me sometime to finally make the decision to make that call.

Great experience, I just got out from here and I was so nervous to get my ingrown toe nail remove.
The shot did hurt but procedure was so fast and easy...
Dr Morris was great and super kind...

I called and was left on hold by the receptionist and then disconnected. Not a good first impression. Maybe they are great but need better gatekeepers? Might call back but I’m hesitant.

The lady VANESSA was rude and very unprofessional,she didn't want to assist me and just told me to call on Monday for someone else,maybe Vanessa shouldn't be a secretary

Dr is nice. Scheduling is a nightmare. I did everything right and it took 8 weeks due to podiatry dropping the ball in communicating with my primary care Dr. I made calls between the two offices and it still got "lost". Some staff are nice, most are rude and short. Office is so perfumed I get a sore throat and have to wait outside. Customer service training would really help this office but I suspect they are busy enough not to care.
