The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe

This place has not changed the past 20+ years I've patroned here. The food here will always be pricier than other pizza places but you pay for the quality and variety provided. The pizzas were good and this time I got the pickle fries and those were very good. I love how they have pre folded pizza boxes so you don't have to wait to inquire about a to-go box, you can just get it and be done with it. Even during the peak summer heat this place is still kept cool and comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and clean.

The pizza is always the same hasn't changed had the chicken tortilla soup,pickle fries today along with the fire cracker pizza and its all amazing!

One of our favorite pizza spots in the IE. Service is always great, food is always tasty, the dining area night seem a little small and crowded at times but it's a decent space for dt Redlands. The Meal for 2 deal is usually what we get, 12" pizza, 2 soft drinks, and a Classic dinner sized salad to share for 35$ best part is the pizza, BYO with unlimited toppings and oh boy do they have a broad selection of toppings, sauces and cheeses. The crust... Is delicious; Soft yet crispy. We've always had the mozz sticks and hot wings, but good, and we are making our way trying all of the salads. And as a bonus, they have a good selection of cream sodas in their fountain drinks.

The pizza was good I'm more of a fan of the plain pepperoni the one with the toppings was good as well but I prefer plain more the cheese fell of the pizza not to saucy either .... the wings are some of the best plain buffalo wings I've had need more sauce tho

They have the best gluten-free pizza here! You can get most of their gourmet pizzas on gluten-free or cauliflower crust, although the cauliflower crust is limited in size. We like the Santa Barbara and the Aloha pizzas. The Santa Barbara comes topped with chicken, ranch sauce, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, cashews, and raisins. Super yummy!! The Aloha has pepperoni, Canadian bacon, sausage, bell peppers, pineapple, and red onions...also very tasty. These are gourmet pizzas, so they are on the pricey side, but the food is very good.

Regarding the atmosphere, the service is always friendly here, and it is always clean, but when it gets busy, it can get a little loud, so conversations can be a little challenging. That being said, it is worth the experience.

My Fiance and I tried this place for the first time and we both loved it. The decor inside is very cozy. Clean restroom. Very specious with lots of seating, nice and friendly staff and good food. We got the build your own pizza and side of mozzarella sticks. Food was fresh,hot, and tasty. We both look forward to going back again!

Love this place. Was taken here by the boyfriend as it was 1 of the only pizza spots he'd go to. Have been here twice now and will definitely keep going. Awesome pizzas, combinations, nice little place. Always something new to keep trying.

Really cool atmosphere had the momma Mia pizza, flat cheese bread dipping sauce was amazing.. the soda selection was good definitely going back.

Delicious! My first time there...so many choices, so we had to go with options! I loved them all but the Five Sisters on cauliflower crust was my fav! Definitely will be back!

Pizza as delicious and atmosphere as inviting as I remember from my college days! I enjoyed bringing my husband and daughters here for a fun dinner with old friends.

Awesome place, great food and good service. So many crazy combos to try. Gluten free and vegan options. They made a mistake and took care of it promptly. Pizza was delicious.

Stumbled upon the Gourmet Pizza Shoppe with the family. Turned out to be a great find… lots of pizza choices and even had GF crust (they are GF funded but it is not out of the cross contamination, but I did not get sick.

Would do again when in the area

We ordered the pizza with pesto and pasta and one with peanut butter. Both were surprisingly delicious! They have a fun hands-on area for children.

Pizza is fantastic, the beer is icy cold, wings are perfectly crisp and seasoned, and the salads are always fresh and delicious! The caprese salad is a family favorite to share while we wait for our pizza. The employees are mostly very young, but don't let that deter you, every one of them is super nice, helpful, and delivers great service and food! I wish I'd asked her name, but our last visit a super awesome gal with a spider tattoo on her arm helped us and she was just so nice that I regret not asking for the manager to let them know what a great person they have working for them! Hopefully they read their reviews and see it here!

Amazing food! I love how diverse the pizzas are and how many you can choose. I got the Annie oakly and I thought why would you put angel hair pasta on a pizza and it was amazing I've already been back twice making that 3 times in a little over a week.

This is one of our favorite spots. The owners are here daily, there are ENDLESS options for pizzas, (if you are vegan, come here!!!!), and they play great tunes. The atmosphere is very nice here, with little lights strung up to make it feel like your outdoors. You order at the counter, then they bring you your food. There are daily lunch specials, pizzas of the month based on the season, and lots of beverage choices. The staff are very friendly and they have Groupons & a rewards program. When we don’t dine in, we get their Take & Bake pizza and bake it at home, (any of their pizzas can be made as a take & back I believe it’s 10” or larger). They also have monthly coupons in the Redlands magazine, on the back of Albertson’s receipts, and coupons on their website. Go check them out for yourselves! Open at 11 am daily.
