Bed Bath & Beyond

The store is like all of the others. Too many things I want to buy so I have to put my blinders on. :) The cashier totally made our day! We bought a very nice air full sized mattress for a relative who stayed with us. Anyway, the cashier asked if we were on their mailing list. I was and she said to check my email for a coupon. I found it and the coupon saved me 25% off of the air mattress! Nice! I enjoy the store and love shopping here and this experience is just another reason why!

Mary at the front desk and entry is amazing. She is really helpful. Lots of inventory! Nice selection of curtains. Especially Blackout curtains!

Cool Store, This is not where my wife shops it 's where WE shop, So many cool items that you never knew you needed but you do!! Friendly and helpful staff also. Love this place!

Finished up my Xmas shopping for my wife . They had everything on her list . As usual . I love it . In and out .

Love that I can bring my dog, though he had to be in the cart (totally fine unless I needed to buy something big, but then I'll just leave him home).

Really nice store. Really clean, and the two employees I interacted with or really nice. The lady that was waiting for me to check out behind the register, was kind enough to wait until I figured out which chocolate I wanted to buy. Thank you for being so patient, really nice lady behind the register. She did not even look annoyed or anything.

I bought a coffee machine as a Christmas present and a piece of it was broken. I suspect it broke during the original packaging process which was no fault of Bed Bath and Beyond. I called and explained that we had already used the main part of the machine but there was a broken piece to another part of the assembly. The manager was very nice and helpful. She would have allowed me to return the entire assembly or just the broken part. She pulled the part from another machine they had in stock and exchanged the broken piece.
Great customer service!
This is why I buy things, I'm not familiar with, where I can physically review it instead of reading online reviews and then hoping it works out.
Also local stores can be far more responsive if they understand customer service.

Enjoyable place to shop. Found everything I was looking for. Prices are getting up there too high for my taste. Place was clean women's bathrooms we're dirty according to my wife may. Didn't really feel like Christmas . Staff was very helpful and cheerful. Merry Christmas to all.

Cashier Mary was so friendly! She is to be commended! Finally, someone who understands what a lasting impression the Customer is left with, by their experience with the Cashier. Mary was friendly, attentive, and is actively doing her part, to protect company assets, by looking inside of boxes. Which can always be explained away, as verifying that all parts are present (I work retail management 😊). Kudos Mary, you are doing a great job! You helped to improve my shopping experience!!!

I love this store! It's laid out nicely. The staff were very pleasant. I had a couple of questions and they were close by and came over to answer them. Thus far I'm happy with the things I bought.

The ladies working the floor and register were super helpful and sweet. The store is one of my faves to begin with, but the added excellence in customer service was the cherry on top during this visit.

Has great Halloween, Thanksgiving merchandise but selling out fast. So many home items to see, choose from throughout the store. I love going there. Signed up for the 1 year membership for Beyond+.

I could drop a paycheck in here lol! Store has very wide aisles and I can't think of anything they don't have that I would need. Make sure to leave some time to browse because you will always leave with something more than you came in for 😃

Wonderful selection and assortment of home and kitchen goodies! Coupons give substantial discounts so make sure you bring them along! The store is a little tight at the moment with all of the extra holiday items set up in the aisles. Makes it a bit difficult to maneuver a shopping cart. But that situation changes when the holiday shopping Blitz is over.

While I was staying at the Good Nite Inn in Redlands (nearby), I visited this BB&B to get a few items. The store is clean, organized and the staff is helpful. While this is not the largest store I have been to, it is perfectly adequate in size and inventory.
I bought, among other items, a product that came out of Shark Tank (TV show) and the staff had full training for this product.

I recommend this store.

Great store. I always end up spending more than I'd planned to. But, it's all good. The sales associates are always kind, courteous and very helpful.

A great store to find anything for anyone, even thing you don't even know you were looking for it, you will find them there, love the place, always clean and friendly personnel, they give me a great ideas for Christmas gifts on my shopping list. Excellent customer service

Just heading to the car after finding a book at Barnes and Noble.

I remembered I had planned to stop at Bed Bath &Beyond. But what was it I needed?

I guess if I just walked around the store I would find what I needed..sure enough.

Truth is I found several things I really needed.

I'll bet you will be surprised by the many things you find, when you stop in. Tell them Joe sent you...they will say Joe Who...that's me...

Today was the first time I've been in one of these stores and for sure it will not be my last. I was impressed by the ease of finding exactly what I needed within 5 minutes of entering. I was in and out in no time.

After finding out about this store many years ago I really like shopping here. They always have good deals and rwaly friendly people
