Meagan is AMAZING! First off, when booking I always feel so at ease making my appointment. She is so quick to respond with open dates and times and never pushes me to make decisions on what to do with my hair. During the appointment she keeps everything relaxed (the ambiance of the salon is a 10/10). Some appointments we chat about everything under the sun. Other appointments she is cool with the silence and just letting the client rest and relax. What I love most about Meagan is she is so honest with my hair. One time we did a new color on it and afterwards it just didn’t go well with my face and she was so quick to let me know and correct it all in the same appointment. I can’t imagine having anyone else do my hair now! I always walk out of the salon happy with my hair!

Meagan is honestly the best stylist I’ve ever been to. She does such a skillful and beautiful job on my hair. I’ve been going to her for years and will continue to! 10/5 stars!!

Can’t say enough good things about Meagan! Not only is she talented with hair she’s also so kind and empathetic. You can book a quiet appointment if you have social anxiety or are feeling stressed and you never have to feel bad about voicing what you want. From highlights to chopping six inches off I always go to Meagan!

Also the salon is so cute and near lots of coffee places and cute shops.

Meagan is magic!! I had a loose idea of what i wanted but wasn’t totally sure. She helped me figure out a vision then made it come to life. I can’t believe how natural and pretty this color came out, I’m in love! She also did an amazing job styling my natural curls after the wash!

Going to a new place to get your hair cut can be nerve wrecking but Meagan completely put me at ease and was willing to cut how much I wanted and didn’t push me to do more. She was so professional and had me leaving with the healthiest hair I have had in a long time and some great book recommendations! I loved the atmosphere and will definitely be back!

Best place to get your hair done/cut! Especially in Meagan‘s hands. She never fails to give you the results you want! I’m really particular with my hair, and with that being said I haven’t gone to any salon in 10+ years because every stylist I go to would always chop all my hair off, even when going for a trim. It took me a while to go back to a salon thinking it was hard to find a stylist that can listen to what I want done and help me achieve that look. Meagan is literally the person to go to, and when I say she’s the one I mean it. I drive 66 miles just to see her, yes it’s a long way but she is WORTH IT. I let her know what I want to do with my hair and she helps me achieve that goal with what looks best on me and what style goes best for my hair. She takes the time to listen to what you want while making you feel at home as she works her magic. Highly recommend booking your next appointment with Meagan, she’s the one you’re looking for!.

Okay, so I don't know where to begin. Meagan, is such a talented hair stylist/hairdresser. I was very scared about seeing a professional for my hair, because I've been let down by so many in the past.

But, after seeing Meagan's work on IG, I felt confident on her abilities/talent. I then decided to book her for Highlights, and Meagan did not disappoint. I cannot stop looking at my hair! It's so pretty!!

I was aiming for a "sun-kissed brunette" haircolor, and she nailed it.

I am extremely grateful to have found such an amazing hairdresser/hair stylist, that is so sweet, knowledgeable, adorable, and kind.

Visited this salon to see Maegan who was absolutely amazing. I had previously dyed red hair and she was realistic on the routes I should take to get away from that color as it is a pain to do so. I informed her I prefer low maintenance hair styles and she did just that but also added a bit of flare with perfect layers. Also LOVE how transparent she is with her pricing. Not to mention I felt I left with a new friend rather than just a hair stylist as she is so sweet and genuine and just a pleasure to talk to. The salon itself is very nice and welcoming as well! Gives the “welcome and make yourself comfortable” vibes, which I love. Everyone seemed so personable and kind. Absolutely recommend.

I’ve been going to Joss Collective for the last few years and I cannot recommend this place enough. Maegan first transformed my red and brassy hair into a beautiful brown and since then I was hooked. In the past I needed to use a blue shampoo to keep my hair from looking brassy but I haven’t had to do that since getting my hair colored by Maegan. Also, i love that she teaches me how different styling techniques.

On top of that, the salon has such a chill and modern vibe. The ladies who work there are nice and greet you even if you’re not their client.

The salon is located in downtown Redlands. There is a parking lot nearby in case you’re worried about timed street parking. Another cool thing is that you can earn points from purchasing some of their products and those points can get you other products.

Leticia has been doing my hair for about 15 years. She does an amazing job and takes pride in her work. She also cuts my daughter’s hair. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our hair. The salon itself is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. I always feel very welcomed there, with its warm atmosphere.

I drove an hour and 30 mins for Meagan to do my hair because she is the absolute best! Shes amazing at making sure you know the process of how it’ll go, how many sessions you’ll need, how to take care of your hair, etc. she tells you everything because she truly cares about her customers! Love going to her, honestly trust her with my life!

Denise is great! I came in knowing I wanted a shaggy haircut but fearful I’d have to let go of some length. She was able to give me exactly what I wanted and still keeping the length of my hair, which I’ve been trying to grow out for some time. I’m so happy with the outcome! If you want something edgy, go to Denise!

I've been coming here for maybe 1-2 years now and it has been amazing!!! I really love Meagan as she takes so much time and care to listen to what you want and keeps such a bright smile on all the time! The salon is very clean and everyone is really friendly! They do try to work with your schedule as long as you give them a heads-up. Will definitely keep coming by! From haircut to balayage Meagan really shines and I love how she takes such good care of her clients!!

I have been going to Jocelyne for years. She always learning new techniques and always know what I want or what my goal is. She has cut my hair, styled my hair for weddings I've been in, to doing my hair for my wedding. When I learned she was opening her own salon, I was super excited for her. I also know that whoever works at her Salon meets Jocelyne's standards of customer service and experience. You can't go wrong going to any hair stylist here!

If you’re looking for a salon in Redlands this one is it! I moved here about 4 yrs ago and was a bit hesitant to book, but I’m so glad I did. Meagan was my hairstylist, and she did an AMAZING job. I showed her inspirational pictures, gave her a description of what I wanted and she delivered! I still can’t get over the beautiful color! I absolutely love my sunkissed fall hair! This was my first time visiting Joss Collective. To start, the salon itself is ADORABLE. I loved how open and bright everything was. Kelsey was my stylist & forever will be. She was AMAZING! Not only did my hair look amazing when I was leaving but Kelsey also filled our appointment with good conversation, good energy and was educating me on all the products she used on me. I 10/10 recommend seeing her if you’re looking for someone to give you GOOD HAIR & a good time.
