Great experience. No wait, they changed my wiper blades for me (at my request), all 3 guys were efficient and very polite. This will be my new oil change spot! Great pricing too.

I had a guy without asking scrubbing the corrosion of my battery and when one of the employees asked why he was doing all that he said " think about it like this, if your mama came in hear wouldn't u want someone to do that simple thing?" Charles and the dude In the backwards snap back deserve huge praise 👏

I credibly professional, helpful, and quick. I used to get my oil changes done at the dealer service shops because I had prior trust in them, until I went with my girlfriend to a Valvoline and appreciated their efficient process to get me out the door, with no corners cut and multiple complementary checks of the car.

This location was the same story, and they helped me even more today when they noticed part of my custom air filter had come off to due a mismatch in parts I installed myself. They could have said “drive carefully home” and left it be, but they patched it back on securely enough so I could drive home at ease and pop on a better fitting filter. No extra charge either. Well worth < 20 minutes of my day as part of getting my oil changed!

Its a good indicator of the quality of a business when they handle something out of the norm with grace and expertise.

Very polite staff. There was only a short wait. I just scrolled through my phone for a few minutes. The car was checked over and the oil was changed. It was really easy and I highly recommend these guys.

The young man from New York who assisted me with my oil change was very professional and helpful. He even fixed the wiper blades that my son of the same age put on wrong. 🤣 He also checked that my rear camara washer worked properly. This was my first time at Valvoline, and I thank him and his team for great work. I definitely recommend this location. They do great work!

I would like to give a shout-out to the manager of this location! The place we previously took our car into to get an oil change stripped the oil plugs; causing a bad oil leak. We were so stressed about the expenses we would have to pay to fix the problem. The manager however, was able to come up with a solution that made it so we have a temporary long-term fix now; allowing us time to pay for a real fix down the road when we are more financially secure. He was so kind and patient! We are forever customers now!

Didn't expect them to be this honest.
They checked my engine oil before changing it, and they said it looks fine, I knew it was fine cause I had less than 1000miles with previous oil, but I just wanted to change it since spring is coming. I can tell this guys will never try to rip you off.
They are honest, fast(really), and hard workers.

Ps. It would be better if you guys could spray some parts cleaners after changing oil filter, Some people might not like oil stains under their hood 😀

Went in for an oil chnage today with my Mercedes e320 and also brought in my Hyundai for an oil chnage best service I had in a while during the oil chnage they took my throw a light check and noticed I had no break lights on my mercedes the break light were really hard to get to but manjot and the other dude didn't get his name were able to get the light changed and made sure I left with my break light working highly recommended this place they do quality work and i am always bring my car to them

Quick, efficient, non-aggressive. The technicians here don't waste time selling unnecessary products; they share a few bits of small talk, exchange some laughs, and get the oil change and vehicle inspection done. In addition to the oil change, they topped off my fluids and checked the tire pressure.

Look for coupons online - there's usually a deal to snag! It's easy to bring a screenshot in and save a couple of bucks.

I was very happy with my experience. I spent a little more than I had planned, but I definitely didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me. They gave me the facts and left it up to me. My car purred when I left, and my heat worked again (it was barely working apparently due to neglect of my poor car). Got a few lights replaced. I will definitely use them again.

I love this place. The first time I went in, they checked my oil and said I was good without a change. Then they topped me off and I left. The service is always fast. It can be pricey but there are coupons around and time and convenience are worth it.

I've been here three times and I won't go anywhere else. These guys are hard, efficient workers. Very professional. Speediest service you'll ever have. Each time I've gone in one of the technicians pointed out if they saw a concern about the vehicle and WHY it was a concern. This is important to me because they didn't talk down to me, or make any assumptions about my level of knowledge. Plus, they're fun guys.

With some of the bad reviews I have read, they say the customer is always right, I agree with that to a certain point, if the customer Comes off with a bad harsh attitude, it's difficult to remain at an even temperament and tone. I work in customer service myself, practice and training helps, a lot.

Found it online, called and asked for price, and coupon and they honored it and checked the car before and after, affordable and helpful gentlemen there. Took care of the care while I was playing on my phone and was done quickly. Strongly recommend and this is my location for future oil changes
