Received and experienced the best customer service of my life today at this store. The Office Manager showed great compassion to a recently widowed elderly woman and amazing kindness to me and other customers during my 30 minute time at the store. I received what seemed to be his total attention even as he multi-tasked to efficiently serve a stream of customers. I will not only patronize this store more but will highly recommend it to others!

Sunday 2:30 p.m. October 29th.
Dale at the FedEx counter was extremely helpful !! He knew how to multitask and was amazing. We just needed a simple prepaid FedEx envelope with a label showing "TO" and "FROM".
Dale helped my dad and got it done and had excellent customer service skills and was also helping 3 elderly ladies at the same time.
If upper management is able to let Dale know a great job please give him a big pat on the back. Or maybe buy him lunch 👍👍🤗🤗🙋🏻‍♂

Went today and were greeted by Rob. He was extremely helpful.

The employees are always very friendly and helpful. One helped me find the ink I needed and another took care of my newsletter copy job much faster than I could have done with self-service. SO worth the extra 7cents/page!! I’m always satisfied after my visits to this store.

The associates at the store were extremely helpful, and the largest of the store made it easier to find things. I would highly recommend this particular location in Arroyo Grande , Ca!

I had a special card made for our Granddaughter and they took the time to make sure it was just right!

Overall good experience. Nice selection of printer ink, desks, folders/binders etc. Odd things I would not have thought about (not realizing I needed) such as coffee, creamer etc was nice to find (and even could have had a better selection of now that I think of it). Beautiful desk options and some nice chairs, too. Only complaint was that the bathroom needed some attention. Overall, convenient and the customer service was great.

Their tech support desk has always been very helpful with very reasonable pricing. They've worked on a few laptops for me, replacing hard drives, etc... Highly recommend

I visited the Office Depot/Office Max in Arroyo Grande, CA.
It was storming and the power had gone out prior to my visit.
Olivia was speedy on the uptake... she dropped what she was doing and took the bundle of work, processed it efficiently on the one machine that was working.

Whoever hires for that store deserves a medal of brilliance... in all the years we've visited, we have consistently been greeted in the friendliest manner, had the most efficient people help us

Helpful staff make it easy to get in and out of the store in minutes with all of my office-related needs met! They have all of the office supplies you'd expect but also they do shredding, printing, and copying too. Self-service machines to print (with helpful, cheerful Copy Center staff nearby to answer any questions) are a great combination. Love this store and its staff!

I bought an Epson EcoTank printer. I called first and talked to Ryan. He checked to see if they still had the one I wanted. Ryan had it waiting for me when I arrived and gave me the sale price. Very helpful! So much better than shopping on Amazon!

Office Max in Arroyo Grande is great for printing things. The staff are super helpful, and the quality of printing is excellent.

The Print/Copy Department was very helpful and the young lady so sweet.

They were professional, fast, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and kind.

Needed a new binding for a manual. Alexandria was the print shop manager and she provided excellent service, came up with the solution I needed and was very patient and friendly throughout the process. Definitely a very positive experience.

My father was just recently diagnosed with leukemia and he is two states away from me. I wanted to put a song on a photo and I had problems making it happen with the different color dynamics, when I came in they were so helpful and they Went right away to work and helping me to produce something wonderful to get to my father! It brought tears to my eyes to see such a beautiful masterpiece that I knew that I could not create! I know it will encourage my father and I couldn’t have done it without this team of people!
