Update: What is it when months, years, and even decades are given to this local assembly, but no good report has ever been their response?

I first visited here through some Klein family members. There are other Halls in other cities, and this group socializes with some other groups at special times, but each local group "oversees" itself (unspoken).

The leadership seemed to run haphazardly. Often, no man prepared any message, so some man will eventually get up to say something unplanned.

The group overall came from 3 families--Klein, Kroeze, and Kazen. I learned from some of them there was a split within this group, and the Marysville Hall came into being from sharp disagreements that developed over how they treated their people. It doesn't seem some of them know even how to care for their own children, so they put that on others, and/or enable their own to do wrong.

Personally, I found the attendees pleasant, but the Kleins, in particular, seemed overly-friendly that I found later to be manipulating. It seemed they had avenues you could pay them and give them a measure of control over your life to influence your judgment. Once they induce you to comply with their goals for you, they do nothing when things collapse shortly afterward.

They like to make false accusations in secret and not allow you to defend yourself. They are quick to gain whatever profit and dismiss any grievances of yours. They might shake your hand and smile though.

They trick you into following their lead, then abandon you. So smiley, so superficial, when things go their way, but when things are not going their way, so ruthless, so cutthroat.

This is a family organization that serves their families' interests. I have forgiven and prayed for these people. Yet, instead of doing like Christ, some here seem to use Christ's name to get you to do for them when they want something. Their responses so far: deny, explain away, mock, gloat.

I did go to several of this group and also the "elders", but they did nothing. I would like to think better things of them.

Using positions in church for personal gain is sinful. Here we should see shame and accountability, but instead, neglect and denial.

Proverbs 28:13: Whoever covers (their) sins shall not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.

Acts 20:28-29: Take heed, therefore, to yourselves and to all the flock, over whom the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which He has purchased with His own blood. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

1 Peter 5:2: Feed the flock of God, who is among you, taking oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly, not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind.

Matthew 7:16-17: You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so, every good tree brings forth good fruit, but a corrupt tree brings forth evil fruit.

James 4:17: Therefore, to him who knows to do good, and does not do it, to him it is sin.

Psalm 101:5: Whoever privately slanders his neighbor, (that one) I will cut off; whoever has a high look and a proud heart will I not suffer.

Luke 8:17: ...nothing is secret that shall not be made manifest, neither anything hid that shall not be known and come abroad.

Matthew 25:40: ...the King shall answer and say to them, Verily I say to you, Inasmuch as you have done it to one of the least of these My brethren, you have done it to Me.

Matthew 18:6: ...whoever shall offend one of these little ones who believes in Me, it (would be) better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he was drowned in the depth of the sea.

Ecclesiastes 8:11 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the (children) of men is fully set in them to do evil.
