Switched to Credena a few years back from Safeway pharmacy and couldn’t be happier. Incredibly kind competent helpful people who have gone the extra mile for me & my doctors on several occasions. Really appreciate them they’re a refreshing change from the impersonal unhelpful large chain pharmacies

Credena Monroe staff is top notch. A top shelf crew comprised of amazing people who won't make you feel like you're just a number. I can testify to this because I have used several local pharmacies over the years due to chronic health conditions. These folks are Excellent!! They are a knowledgeable group of professionals and I greatly appreciate them. They have 4 designated parking spots for disabled or covid positive patients picking up Rx's. They also DELIVER within certain areas for free!! Credena Monroe checks every box. They do not disappoint!

Credena has been my pharmacy for six years and in all that time I have had the best customer service. The pharmacists and staff have always answered any question I may of had, and gone out of their way to make sure I have what I need. During this really rough period for us , they have implemented curb side pickup and it has been a blessing .If you are currently looking for a real home town pharmacy, I would take a moment to give them a call if you have a question, or have your subscription(s) transferred to here.. You won’t be sorry you did.

This has been my pharmacy for so many years, I trust them with my medication and my children’s medications! They have always been so kind and so professional, But sadly I was not impressed with one of the staff’s customer service towards the end of my phone call tonight. This is a real shame!

Unable to rely on this pharmacy to accurately or timely fill prescription’s that are submitted multiple days in advance. Very unprofessional when we rely on the medication and follow the requested process.
