Broke down on I-70 and nursed my poor car into Richfield. Dropped it off after hours at Mike’s at the recommendation of our mechanic in Beaver. Swung by after breakfast and it was already fixed. Even gave me the faulty part since it was under warranty. Nice folks. Very efficient. Fair pricing. And a lovely shop cat, Miss Kitty 🐈‍⬛

Mike’s saved the day! With 6 hours left on our way to Colorado, I had an axel blow out on my car on I-70. Got towed to Mike’s and as a 19 year old with little to no knowledge about cars, I was fully expecting to be taken advantage of, however Mike and Mary were nothing but amazing! Mike came in and made conversation with us and gave us some good dining recommendations for the remainder of our road trip, and Mary at the desk was absolutely amazing! She made great conversation and introduced us to her amazing kitty and showed us some of her tricks! They had me back on the road in 3 hours! I would go out of my way to come back to Mike’s!

The BEST!!! We broke down in Sevier Utah, got towed to Mike's in Richfield Utah, it was Sunday. He had it diagnosed, fixed and returned to us Monday morning. We were able to return to our road trip and return home to Canon City Colorado. The best, thanks so much.

I have nothing, but good things to say about this company! DJ picked us up as we were stranded on the side of I70. He towed us 90 miles to Cedar City- we were so thankful! He was so accommodating and kind. So glad they were available at 10pm when my car broke down!

I had a tire blow out on I70 last summer and boy did Mike save me. He was gracious enough to take me into town and drop me off at a hotel for the night and had me back up and on the road by 11am the next day. Best service I've ever experienced. Thank you, Mike & Team!

Mike's Auto Clinic came to our rescue while visiting Fishlake in Utah. Our Ford-150 wouldn't start and was towed to Mike's Auto to be diagnosed and repaired, which they did quickly and perfectly! Mary Tune was especially helpful in coordinating the process. Another plus was meeting their shop cat who performed her "famous" tricks for us. Thanks again Mike's Auto for a great experience.

Stopped with no appointment on our way through town when our truck started having problems. The staff was friendly and helped us right away. Back on the road in less than 30 minutes thanks to their helpful advice.

I was traveling home with 1,000 miles to go and my check engine light came on-nobody likes that.... I called this shop and was greeted warmly and was told to swing by. Thirty minutes later I was at their shop and Mike came out with his code reader. We discussed the series of events that might have set it off and through his diagnostics we decided it was a false code. I offered to pay for his time but he just wanted to ensure I was good to go. Good people still exist. A dealer or a lot of other places would have required an appointment, etc. This small town service is great to see and know it's still out there. Thanks Mike!!!!!

Was towed from the mountains, into town. First shop I went to didn’t seem interested or attentive about dealing with the truck problem. He could care less. Got towed again by AAA to Mike’s Auto Clinic. Service, professionalism and environment was top of the line. Though they were busy, they squeezed my pickup truck into the days’ schedule and replaced my fuel pump. Super awesome efficient timely work was perform. Mike (owner) is “hands on” involved in the every day workload. Both Kaylie (front desk/cashier) and Mary (Service Mgr.) are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business there. They ALL saved me from being stranded hundreds of miles from home. It was a thousand percent better experience, compared to the first place I went. Wish I could give Mike’s an even better rating.

Our car broke down on the highway—flashing check engine light and all—and they got us through inspection and part replacement within the hour. Great mechanics, great service.

These guys are the best. Had my pickup towed to a dealership in town and they couldn’t look at it for a month. Called Mikes and they picked it up and fixed it the same day! Price was fair and they fixed it right! Thank you Mikes Auto!

We originally went to the Ford dealership needing service for the second year in a row, while we are in town for a couple of weeks, and they turned us away.

So Mike's auto clinic in Richfield came and towed my truck and atv trailer and was going to come back and get my 5th wheel as I was stranded on I70. He decided to just fix my truck and came back with my truck. So hooked up the 5th wheel went back to his shop and got my ATV's and now I am camping. If you ever need help around richfield I recommend him!

Was traveling through and the check engine light came on in our truck. Tried another place first but they were too busy to fit us in that day. So went to Mike's and they fit us right in. Then they didn't even charge us for the diagnostic test. Very friendly, too. Would highly recommend.

On a road trip with our dog and accidentally overfilled our AC. We stopped in, panicked, hoping they’d just be able to answer a few questions for us. They took us right in with an estimate of 2 hours which we were happy to wait for such last minute service, and they got us outta there in an hour and 20 minutes with a working AC and diagnosis of the original problem. Kind folks, reasonable prices, adorable shop cat. Thank you for saving our trip!!!

Got locked out of my car, completely dead battery so key fob wouldn't open anything. They were out within 10 minutes, took about 3 minutes to open and they were on their way. Very kind and courteous from the office staff to the guy who opened my car! Thank you to all of you at Mike's! Will be recommending and using your services from now on!

It's encouraging to see integrity knowing that it still exists and is performed with all of their work! Mike and his crew went over and above helping me not only repairing my but get my car back on the road again! I am 110% more than satisfied, I highly recommend them for y'all's auto work. I highly recommend Mike’s Auto Clinic. They are family owned and local. They are very kind and will help you with whatever you’re dealing with. We are from Utah county and my husbands truck had a lose water pump bolt causing it to damange the pump and not be able to travel home. Mike and Mary are very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.
