Luke was great. This place can frustrate people and keep you here all day let’s face it no one likes coming in ( I was here 3hrs ) but employees like Luke make you feel seen and heard, he was understanding asked good questions and was very thorough. Thank you Luke for being compassionate in one of my most vulnerable moments.

Nice building. Not sure how friendly our public employees are? Remember they serve and work for US!

Surprisingly it was quite pleasant and the front counter lady was very helpful and everything moved quite swiftly.

They've done a good job streamlining the intake process but there is still a long wait if you need to see a social worker and if you're trying to get EBT card or gas voucher you have to be there by 2:00 or a social worker or anything else you have to be there by 2:00 and you better get there by 8:00 in the morning or you going to be sitting there all day

Typically staffed place not so short people. But people need to REALIZE that yes it will take awhile, and yes if you aren't there at open it might be a day. But remember they have to do EVERY PERSONS STUFF EACH TIME. Youll have to wait. Or you can call and wait.

I'm not sure what that Lauren woman was on about her sitch, but based on her other reviews DSHS sucks, but mcDonalds and acrylic nails are awesome. I wish I could eat at McDonald's on welfare money

I was the 8th person in line and all I had to do was drop off paperwork and speak with a person. It took 1 hour not the best but not the worst by far.
