Todd was so informative and helpful. He knew exactly what we needed and was very respectful of our budget. He never tried to sell us on anything out of our price range and didn't make us feel pressured to purchase. But, because he pointed us in the right direction, we were able to find the perfect mattress. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I love my Plush Beautyrest Black mattress from Christians. It is so comfortable and I have been sleeping so much better! The sales and delivery staff were great. Be prepared, however, to air the mattress for a couple of weeks of off gassing.

I was surprised that they matched Bed Bath & Beyond's price, and they had everything we wanted in stock. Everywhere else there was a 3-4 week wait. Our Salesman Todd was pleasant, helpful and didn't put any pressure on us. I'll be back for all my future bedding needs.

What an easy, pleasant and informative purchase day I had with Ricky. I needed a nice king mattress and he helped me choose the best one for the price I wanted. He’s so friendly and helpful. We chatted about the 80’s and if only John Lennon could be here, all would be right with the world :) haha

Excellent experience here. 2nd time here. We did have to do the 100 days trade in as the 1st mattress we got was just a little to soft. Ricky was great with no pressure. Showed me everything they had to offer and set me up with great mattress! Delivery guys were great every time with calls when they were on the way and very friendly when they were here.. Ricky gave us a tour throughout the store and worked with us as we tried out 3 different beds, multiple times. He was professional, friendly, addressed our concerns and made the entire transaction seamless. As someone with multiple back injuries, I am excited for the delivery of my new tempurpedic mattress. This is clearly a professionally run establishment and I will send friends their way when it is time for them to get a new bed.

I was greeted by Juanita’s warm smile and friendly “How may I help you?” Upon providing the size of mattress I was shopping for, Juanita began asking key questions to make sure she had me try the appropriate options for my situation. It was clear how knowledgeable Juanita was about the products, by answering all of the questions I had. I was given ample time to try each option, without any pressure or sales tactics - just simple statement of facts of the differences between the mattresses. Juanita even stepped away for a few minutes to provide my own browsing time, further ensuring I wouldn’t feel pressured.

I feel I purchased the mattress that best fit my needs - by my own decision - because of the excellent customer service provided by Juanita. She made sure to cover all details during the final sale. It was very nice speaking to Juanita during my time at the store; she is very personable and was a delight to be around.

This was my first time buying a mattress for myself and it was the smoothest, most easy going, informational experience I could have ever imagined.

I originally was helped by Juanita and had come into the Arroyo Grande location 2 times before finally meeting with the General Manager, Betsy, to lock down the mattress that would suit me best. They both were incredibly helpful and fun! Betsy also reassured me that Juanita would be getting the commission for starting the sale (as I inquired about) and made it very clear that they are a family ran and family friendly store.

Overall the process was painless and made me feel really good about the investment I made. If you need a mattress, professional service and maybe even a laugh or two, go see either one of these amazing women!

Great experience all around-- Juanita was terrific, no pressure, really listened to what we said about each mattress we tried so she was able to hone in on our preferences. We looked at everything in all price ranges from their fabulous inventory and were able to make good comparisons-- she never rushed us, gave us time alone to make our decision, and answered all our questions thoroughly. We're very happy with our choice, and the Comfort Guarantee means we can exchange it within 100 days if we change our minds! Definitely the best mattress-shopping experience ever.

It was time to purchase a new mattress and we had such a great experience at Christian’s Mattress the last time we needed one so we decided to use them again. They had our info from our last purchase so we were very easily able to buy the same type of mattress which we were very happy with. I had great service at Arroyo Grande store. Juanita let me check out four different mattresses. She gave recommendations in helping me making my decision.
There was no sales pressure and she answered my questions. She explained the things I need to do to maintain the mattress in good condition.
The delivery was on time and the two delivery men were friendly and efficient in their work.
I recommend this store to others. I am happy with purchase.

Ricky was extremely helpful explaining the different types of mattresses, which was great since I knew nothing about what I wanted or needed. He had me try several different mattresses to find out my liking, firm but soft.

We purchased an RV recently and quickly decided we needed to change it out after sleeping on it four times. We came into the store and met Betsy; she was very knowledgeable and asked us questions relating to our sleeping habits. She stirred us to several mattress that we might like and we did find one we liked. We feel we purchased the right one for our RV and are looking forward to a good nights sleep while camping.
