I needed a good pair of shoes and heard about the Shoe Tree. The service was excellent! Jason listened as I explained about my problem finding shoes. He measured my feet and made several suggestions. Me and my wife bought four pair of shoes today due to excellent customer service and advice of a nice gentlemen - expert in the field. My wife has overpronated foot and hip problems. The Shoe Tree saved my 12 yr old daughter from painful feet. Expensive orthotics just weren’t an option for growing feet. Both Roberta and Judy spent a lot of time working with existing inserts and tailoring them with padding to build up the arch in just the right places. This process took weeks to fine tune but we got there. My daughter’s excitement to finally play basketball without painful feet was priceless. Many thanks to these dedicated ladies! I have extensive foot and ankle issues and have been a regular Shoe Tree customer for several years. Steven and his staff are pleasant and knowledgeable and consistently go out of their way to make sure that I have the shoes that fit my needs.

Remember the good ole days when you could go into a shoe store, attendant would measure your feet, and the correct shoes were fitted? This is it! I send many of my diabetic clients here for shoes because I know they will get proper fitting shoes that are comfortable and look good!

The Show Tree is terrific. I am from out of town but I have purchased many of my shoes here. Quality and comfort are excellent. They have done special Orders and shipped for me in the past.
