Last Saturday, I was really lucky to get help from a wonderful young sales lady, Audrey. Her great assistance on my choice for a winter coat was beyond my expectation. I can say Audrey is one of the few best salespersons that I have ever met. Later, Kelly was also very nice to help me out. I highly appreciate your help, Audrey and Kelly 🙂.

Great staff, awesome variety, amazing deals. The quality has not diminished over the years and even though they are no longer located with Salomon the wonderful staff who are really well informed and available to help, remain the same. As does the extremely high quality of gear. A lifetime warranty and more affordable prices for a pricey brand this store is a definite stop in for any arc fans.

Yes, the deals are good and the gear is nice, and there is always at least one thing highly discounted, but the five stars are deserved because of how helpful and pleasant the store staff is, even six days before Christmas... during a pandemic. Bravo.

Great deals and pricing! Inventory fluctuates, but that's just the nature of a premium brand outlet store.

They aren't playing the game that big companies do with constant tiered production to keep their outlet stores stocked.

If you're an Arc'Teryx fan this spot is worth visiting, even if there is no guarantee they'll have want you want. I got lucky as a standard issue sized male (M everything) and got lots of great deals.

This place had great service. Came in bought an item. Brought it home changed my mind about it. Wanted a different product of Solomon running shoes for roughly they same price. Came back they exchanged it without a hitch and credited back my card with the difference in price.

Customer for life. Solomon makes the best running shoes I've ever had too.

Arc'teryx have moved to the outer part of the outlet. Now they have the whole place to themselves. They have great Black Friday sale, not sure on regular day. Good customer service.
