Service is painless, easy and efficient. I don’t need a loaner or a a ride home usually, but they always offer. As soon as you pull in there is someone checking in on you and working to make the process move quickly. I use their text update and communication features and it’s simple and easy. You can pay online and review the final invoice 🧾…just easy. Thanks for taking such good care!

Went to pick up a company vehicle that had been serviced. They are very polite and put floor gaurds down to protect the floors from grime on the mechanics boots.

I called this place in search of a part I couldn't find in the Turlock area. They confirmed the part has been discontinued by Mercedes.

They never have a loaner car & don't offer rides home either.

Went into this location for the first time for an oil change & air filter replacement & after they serviced my car my ac/heater starts making a loud abnormal noise. Had to go back twice to get it fixed, which was an unnecessary inconvenience, because they didn’t fix it right the first time. This noise only started happening after they serviced my vehicle. I’ve had my vehicle serviced at the Modesto location a few times & never had any issues so I will definitely be going back there. Avoid this location & take the drive to Modesto.

Worst place you can to! Salesmen will lie to you just to sell you a car. Their cars have so many issues and no one is willing to take blame when they are at fault. Poor customer service! We bought a car from them and they have been giving my husband and I wrong information, different information on the phone and when you get to the dealership, it is a different quote!

As usual, was ignored by sales staff. Not Asian or Indian, so don't fit their demographic.
