Best post office ever! They get to know their customers, they go beyond normal service to special and unique service. Always trying to give you advice on mailing to save you some bucks which is a great plus. Always willing to help when you are not sure what you are doing. Always give us a smile when greeting everyone as they walk in. Every employee has played in all of this and it is definitely my mom favorite post office. None can compare!

Fastest trip I've had shipping something out. Jojie I believe her name was help me get the best rate for shipping a weird sized box. She went above and beyond to help me. If she asks for a raise give it to her well deserved

Best post office I've ever been too. We just moved up to the area and are staying at a hotel so I had no way to print out the form needed to collect my PO box keys. The gentleman working was very kind, helpful, and patient. He went out of his way so I was able to get my keys that day. It was 5-10minutes before closing time and he still went above and beyond.
Small location, but big on customer service! They are quick and friendly!!

The hours listed (6AM-8PM) are NOT the times when it's open for actually going in to make purchases or sending out packages (8:30A-5PM). I drove 15 minutes to this, my nearest post office, and I was annoyed, to say the least. I used to be able to trust finding the post office hours online and just going in, so when they changed from operation hours to the current times listed, I thought it would be exactly the same. I was very upset to find that it wasn't, and I'd wasted gas and time just to go to the community mailbox. The service here has always been fantastic, so I'll give it five stars, but please realize that the times listed here are NOT actually accurate anymore.

I've been with French Camp PO for many decades!!. It's a country type Post Office. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you with your postal needs. This is the last of the one-of-a kind-hometown PO that is still in existence; where the clerks know you by your first name! I hope I don't see it end in my lifetime!

Without a doubt the best Post Office. Pleasant staff, short lines if any. I go out of my way to use this USPS. Gold Standard for Post Offices, they should model them all after what they have created here.
