I rate Avis in stockton #1 and A+ they r so helpful, courteous, excellent at what they do, so kind and so fun to be around with I love them all !! You will never regret renting a car from Zahi, Hifa, Candace, the boys and the whole crew who r always there to help u. THERE THE BEST IN TOWN !!! Customer service is Awesome and they r very patient. Never ever had a problem and have been renting from Avis in Stockton ca for the last 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very user friendly site. AVIS honors booking. Car available. Low rates. One suggestion: please make 4:30 p.m. the return time. This would be most helpful. Update: AVIS was very flexible on the subsequent rental. Return time @ 4:15 & I returned car at 4. Appreciated the flexibility. Rented most recently January 3, 2024 & manager happily substituted the initial car for an upgrade because breaks grinded. Hassle free service. Returned Ford Edge after a great driving experience. Return was hassle free. Candice deserves a raise as she is a great Customer Support Representative. Really.

Excellent customer service, patient and thorough while I waited to complete the process of my rental. Vehicle was clean, ran smoothly and great on gas. I needed a one-way vehicle for a long trip to visit family and I received nothing but the best. I would definitely recommend Avis for your next car rental experience. 150% satisfaction!

Renting from Avis was easy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were competitive with other major car rental companies. I will use this company again.

This location is super busy! I always rent cars through them and so far so good! Only thing I don't look forward to is picking up my car. It takes quite some time because of Covid-19 so it's understandable. I would recommend they have a canopy or two in front so people have shade to wait under while waiting in line. A few times I was out in the hot sun for over 30 mins just waiting... Other than that the cars they have are good and the people who work there are respected and kind. I would definitely recommend them!

The folks who run this Avis are fantastic. They do their best to match you up with a car that meets your needs. They go over any information you want. They are always friendly.

The most recent car I rented, got 49 MPG average all the way to LA. I got to LA in less than one tank of gas. I spent the extra gas money I saved on a lovely dinner for my son and I.

Very pleased with the great service I received from this Avis location; Renee was so helpful during a very difficult situation when I had to extend my car rental due to my Mother's extended hospital stay. She was friendly, helpful, empathetic, and very professional as she worked to get the best pricing for me. I really appreciated her going above and beyond to make one less thing stressful during a very stressful time.

This is the second time I have rented from this branch. The company is very expedient. Everyone is very polite and accommodating to all of those in their never ending stream of customers.

Very efficient staff at your Stockton location. Seems cars are at a real shortage, and even though we didn't get OUR EXACT REQUEST for a vehicle, we got a comparable ride at a fair price.

Speedy service, accurate and reliable as well. In fact they worked hard all day to make sure my car was ready and waiting for me and on time. This is so appreciated anymore. Also, their rates are the best!

What makes this location special is the management. No concern, no detail is too small for them to handle, and they are certain to fix any problems. Even though there are less expensive options, the people here at the Stockton Avis keep me coming back again and again.

Staff was friendly on point with Covid, & rented twice already, Avis helps in need, Vehicle's are super clean, definitely would always do my rental with them, and the good thing about this site it's close to my residence. 👍🏽
