Whiz Kids has a great selection of toys, gifts, education tools, books and crafts for children of all ages. All of the staff members aka Fun Experts are lovely and kind

This store is always a delight to visit, but the owner and staff are so amazing that I can even make perfect purchases remotely. Whiz Kids only carries high quality products, but what sets the store above others is the talented, smart, caring owner and staff.

I expected this store to be small and have a little of this and a little of that and be in the pricey side because its in SLO but I was way off. This store is big and has a lot of this and even more of that! The prices were very reasonable and the selection is unreal! Very organized and considering the thousands of items on display its layed out in such a way that you do not become overwhelmed. My daughter wanted to get a few fidget toys and this place had some we haven't even heard of yet. We could have easily spent an entire day here! ❤

The best toy store! I’m from Sacramento and whenever I am visiting SLO, I always have to stop here! The employees are the most kindest and helpful people!

So many brands i usually have to buy online & pay for shipping but now can pick up for FREE after a Trader Joe’s trip ( it’s literally next door)

Anyways, the owner is the sweetest lady and for my daughters 1st birthday today she gave her a really special gift and my daughter absolutely loved it( not going to lie, I had fun playing with it as well)

I double dog dare you to walk into the store and not leave with a cart filled of the coolest toys your kiddos are going to keep going back to time after time.

Wish I had been here sooner! They have a great selection of toys and complementary gift wrapping which which is the main reason I’m be back ;)

We have been going to Whiz Kids for 17 years. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. You can simply tell them the age of the child and any details you have and they can magically point you in the direction of the perfect toy. They’re like toy whisperers. Even better, they gift wrap and will send you out the door party ready. Aside from the friendly staff, great selection, reasonable prices and gift wrap, the store is incredibly clean and well laid out. Did I mention they ship as well. Go to Whiz Kids, you won’t be disappointed!

The staff are all wonderful and friendly. They have a great selection of unique toys and books. They have a great selection of wooden toys as well. I went in with my toddler who found a toy seagull (her favorite animal) and the staff let me know it was made out of recycled material. I was curious about this company and while looking into it I found the price I was charged was lower at Whiz kids than Amazon.
The staff where also nice enough to suggest places to find toys in other languages.
With my daughters birthday coming up I’ll most likely be back

I love walking into Whiz Kids and seeing all the toys and activities! I enjoy all the lovely people who work here, as they are kind and quite generous of their time, while helping to find a perfect gift. "This store is so cool and fun," says my son.

This store is run by the most creative and caring team! They do amazing events throughout the year including art contests, lego contests, pokemon trading, bubble event, monster hunts. They are so generous with their prizes and encourage kids to have fun and be creative. The selection in the store is great. They will help your kids put together a wish list making shopping easy and even do a great job wrapping!

I love this store for the kids and the kids in all of us. There are so many cool education toys, science projects, build able kits and fun for the whole family👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👩‍👧‍👦If you're not sure what to get then buy a gift certificate and let the kids shop.theyre local folks too and have been there for many years.

As someone who is only an aunt this is the BEST place in town to get kids' gifts. They helped me pick out the most trendy and age appropriate toys! They even gift wrapped it...for FREE!
