I had a bad experience with other property management company before I reach out to Real Estate Gladiators. Tracy and her time keep the transition very smooth, nothing for me to worry about and need to get involved which is exactly we need since we are not in local. Having self-managed for years, its nice to have a team of experts taking care of it for me moving forward. They're incredibly responsive and their reports and communications are very helpful! We were initially hesitant to work with property management companies for our rental property. We weren't 100% sure about the value we could rent for, but felt we would be able to find renters, get under contract ourselves. We wanted to have control over maintenance decisions. After being burned by a few different renters we decided to give it a try.
After speaking with Tracy and her team and learning about their flexibility we decided to give it a go. The team is awesome, friendly, professional and efficient. They were able to get our home rented within a week of listing it with quality renters who are taking great care of our home. (Our neighbors have told us they are happy with them as well) During the uncertain times of Covid, we are so thankful to have a team of experts navigating the rental space for us. We spend less time and energy worrying about our rental, and more time with our family.

I love the new owner! Tracy and her team are friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue getting tenant work done or with responsiveness. I often go in to drop off rent and spend 20 minutes catching up with the girls on what's going on in our local rental community. Ethical, local, knowledgeable, on top of things. What more could you want from a property manager?

Working with NW Best Homes has been the best tenant experience ever! I can't believe how helpful and accommodating the ladies were, they even helped me set up an email so that I could have a tenant portal. They tolerated by lack of technology and sat down with me to create an application in their office. They were fast, speedy, helpful and so friendly. Jen and Tracy truly went above and beyond to help during this time of transition!

We contracted with Real Estate Gladiators (REG) to manage our condo after a not-so-stellar experience with a national brand. We are impressed with how responsive REG is in keeping us informed and managing our tenant. They were also very accommodating as we moved our condo to a LLC and redid the contract etc., Highly recommend REG.

Update: After almost 15 months with them now, we are still happy with their service.

I have shared this before but I love sharing it again. Tracy Minich, owner of Real Estate Gladiators in Monroe, and her staff once again have come through for me. After four years and multiple real estate transactions with
Tracy I will be the owner of a condo in downtown Kirkland and moving in at the end of this month. It is wonderful to have people working for you that you can trust completely and know they are looking out for your best interests.

in all respects. As one of her staff once said, "We don't own your homes, we just act as if we do." I like that attitude.
