Pharmacist used a discount code for my expensive RX when mine wouldn't work. I appreciated the extra effort especially because I doubt I would have got it at a larger pharmacy.

The pharmacists can be very short and in a hurry, especially the female. I waited 3 days for some pills and no apology out of her but very abrupt with me and cold. The male pharmacist can be the same way but today he took quite a bit of time to explain medications to me. The 3 stars are for him

Four people were working in the pharmacy and it took a while to receive any acknowledgement and assistance. I was the only person in line! This is not the first time that this has happened, but it is my first review of the pharmacy. I've been a customer since the pharmacy opened, but unfortunately the customer service has declined since the most recent pharmacist and staff have started working there. Unfortunate.

Horrible service . App isn't accurate and neither is the day of when you should pick your meds up. They told me they ran out of my med and would have to wait a week . Worst pharmacy and staff go to CVS or Walgreens it'll save you the stress

If waiting at counter, they ignore you. They say they just got prescription even though Dr sent over 3 hours before. Told my son he needs to give 5 day notice for prescription from urgent care? Wth? Three people working very very slowly. No other customers waiting. Terrible service. Will not be back.

It is very difficult to get your prescription. They had delayed my parents prescription many times. When I brought up the issue to the manager, then instead of helping me out, he started arguing with me.

My mom came to pick up her medicine. She has been getting her medicines here l for years now. Today she went to pick hers. The new young skinny white girl was giving her attitude , cut her off and didn’t let my mom finish her question. If you don’t like your job, then quit. Don’t give other people attitude for no reason.

Yvette who runs the front register for the pharmacy was very rude. I went to go grab some medicines at 11am but they weren't ready yet and all I asked was an estimate time wait and she responded rudely saying that my medicines weren't ready and suggested me to leave until. 15 mins later, the meds were ready. Sad to see that Raleys would allow such a person to deal with their customers medicines.

I was looking for over the counter med and asked pharmacist after checking the aisle that I cant find it and said it's in aisle 13 n looked again but it's not there. Went back and forth 3 times and he kept saying its there and looked all 3 times. 4th time I asked him of he could show me where it is, he said if it's not there then we are out if it. He didnt even bother to check it.

P.S. the female pharmacist and other girl who works here are really nice and always ready to help but these 2 guys are lazy as f***

My dad got out of the hospital and Raley’s pharmacy took almost a day to get his meds ready “the next day after 2pm”. There is no way you will get same day service! They need to hire more people. Most of them are rude!

If you use a discount prescription app (such as GoodRx) Raley’s will not honor their own advertised price. They flat out refuse to even run the GoodRx discount card. They will instead offer to use a substitute discount card that charges you almost double

Take your business to Walmart, Safeway, or Costco. All of those honored the price they advertised through GoodRx for the exact same medication

Edit: I spoke to a GoodRx representative and was told Raley’s is contractually obligated to accept the GoodRx discount card and what they did may actually be illegal under state false advertising laws

Unprofessional, lazy and condescending behavior. No wonder why they have 2 stars.

I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and no one came to help me. There were one white man with glasses and a younger girl.

Big No!!! To this pharmacy.
