Walking into a mattress store is always kind of intimidating but let me say Mike made shopping for a mattress absolutely amazing, definitely know what you need and how to accommodate. I walked out of Mancini's happy and comfortable with the decision I made to buy a mattress. Mike is a outstanding employee, if you plan on buying a mattress ask for Mike he will take care you all your needs. Mike is your friend, as he is mine. Go Mike!

Reviews mean everything to me and I always read them prior to making a purchase. We bought a bed and the warehouse brought the wrong mattress so we called and they immediately sent out another mattress. We noticed right away that it didn't feel anything like the one we layed on at the store so I went in and took a picture of the brand and the materials that were used to build it.

Right away I noticed that the mattress at the store was built differently than the one they brought me. I called the manager Moe and he contacted the Rep that took care of that brand and the Rep informed him that they just recently changed the makeup of the materials and for some reason they forgot to notify Mancini's.

Moe assured me that they would take care of me and in my head I was thinking here we go again... Much to my surprise I arrived at the store and Moe again reassured me that they would take care of me. I layed down on the next mattress in line and it was perfect! The only problem was that it was $2,000 more than the one I originally purchased. My heart stopped when he once again said David we are going to take care of you and at no additional cost he exchanged the much better mattress for the mattress we originally bought. As he shook my hand goodbye he told me that at Mancini's they always keep their word because it's always about the customer and never about the bottom line!

Moe and the team have earned a lifelong customer for their honesty and dedication to assure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. So I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a quality mattress and a quality experience go to Mancini's and find your dream bed now.

We stopped by the store today in Lodi. We were treated like family. We were given all the time we needed to make our important decision of choosing our next bed. Great place to make this decision! Mo was very helpful and not pushy or hard sell. Good place to buy a mattress!!

This place is wonderful. Mike helped me find the perfect bed frame. He also helped my sister find the perfect mattress and bed frame. Mo was really wonderful to work with. The first time we came in just to look with no intention to necessarily buy that day. Mo was very knowledgeable and didn't make us feel pressured to buy. He didn't try to convince us into something we weren't looking for. We left that day with a quote to think over. Mo recognized us when we returned today to purchase. Mo and his coworker, Mike, were again no pressure. It was all around a very pleasant experience.

I was able to try out the avocado mattress which is one of the few places in a hundred mile radius that actually caries and lets you test the mattress in the store. The sales associates were friendly and patient and knowledgeable.

Earlier this month I came here with my mom to help her pick out and purchase her new mattress & adjustable base. We were helped by Sean who was very friendly and easy to talk too. Me and my wife originally bought a new tempur-pedic mattress and frame. After a day of thinking I started to feel I could have gotten a better deal. We ended up going to Lodi sleep first and they ended up saving us almost $2,000 dollars compared to the fair! I was going to cancel my order but the 2 gentle men helped us out and saved us money and a better mattress from what we originally bought at the fair. Will not buy anything anymore at the fair was a joke. Thank you Melvin and Mike for saving me money and getting us in a better bed.. oh and they have a super cool dog there and is super sweet!
