I’ve been here a couple times, even for a pretty tough brake job. I was completely satisfied with every transaction. They were understanding, helpful and upfront about their process. Including an accurate time frame. But, the main concern for a customer is trust.
I’ve spent over a decade in a car dealership atmosphere and for the most part can tell whose pulling my leg. These guys are legit and I trust them. My brakes have never felt better.
Even though! The customer in front of me at the counter was super angry and apparently felt they were being taken. The main counter person explained everything in great detail calmly as he could. All and all “The customer” didn’t have the proper information and was confused.

I like the service here, they are friendly and knowledgeable the work is done well. They also do smog testing, that's how I found them. Good folks.
--UPDATE--
I had a run-in with a parking lot planter, got the under carriage hung up and needed to be towed off the thing. Wanted to show them, and get an appointment to get it looked over. They got me in and on the lift in a few minutes, and showed me there was only minor scrapes to a few things, nothing worth fixing. They replaced a few clips and in about short order I was on my way. I was only looking to get an appointment, and they did the inspection and fixed me up !!! YEA Valley!!!! Very good folks!

Didn’t have an initial appointment but, tried to walk in any way. I was greeted with a smile. I handed over my keys, and I got myself situated in the waiting room. I was pleasantly surprised how clean their bathroom was as well. So after watching ESPN on the over head screen for about 15 minutes. The gentleman across from he counter informs me “ we’re all done “ not to shabby for a smog check. That fast o was out the door. Thank you for your he prompt, friendly and professional service.
